This location does not adhere to their return policy at all. The acting managers pretend that they dont have the ability to make the return. However when you call the companys customer service line and are instructed to go back in for the return suddenly the acting manager has the ability to complete the return, complete with exceptionally rude behavior. All of this just to exchange something that is still full price in the store and that still has the tags. Pitiful.

I had been looking for a pair of shoes for my son in town a certain kind that he wanted and we stopped there after new other places Haddam and lo and behold they have them he was so happy I really like Hibbett Sports for those special things you need and cant find anywhere else customer service is wonderful.

They are ok good staff a little bit high prices

The local store in Kirksville wont accept returns for purchases which were made online. The only reason I had ordered from the hibbetts website was because the local store didnt have the item I wanted. Normally I try to shop locally but probably wont be making future purchases here. Their selection is very poor and their prices are much higher than making a purchase from another online company such as amazon and even some other local stores. From a company standpoint it makes little sense to have a location open with extremely limited selection but not allow purchases made from the hibbetts website. Honestly this is the only business I know that operates under this policy. My advice is dont waste your time going in to this location because most likely they wont have what youre looking for and even if they do it will be much more expensive their than making the purchase elsewhere. I suggest getting a Prime membership with Amazon. Youll save a lot of money, get your purchase in 2 days, and they accept all returns. Pretty sure this is why brick and mortar business are dying.
