If there were a ZERO, Id give them that. You cannot call this place and get an answer, so you have to Walk In just to get your vehicle worked on. These guys are VASTLY overpaid, even if its only minimum wage and I doubt thats the case. I tried calling twice and the first time someone picked up and placed me in the hold que again without eve saying anything. The second time, a Wal-Mart associate picked up and asked who I was holding for, I told them and then she transferred me. After ringing (this time for several minutes, the system simply hung up on me. Once there, they tried telling me what I wanted instead of listening to how I wanted the tires put on my car. MOST HORRIBLE experience EVER!!! Do NOT go here AT ALL!!!!!

Waited two hours, when I asked them about it my car had been done and they didn’t tell the woman at the desk or me. Paid for an upgraded package so my carpets would be vacuumed and my wiper fluid filled. They didn’t vacuum, and my fluid is still empty. While I was there, the man who I believe is the manager yelled at the checkout woman for not understanding what he was saying. So unprofessional and unnecessary.

Very bad service for tire sales and installation.

This is a horrible place to get tires, my father-in-law just got new tires Tuesday and one already has a hole in it car was only drove to work and would not replace it.

We have been coming here for 4 years. The service is always good but wait times have drastically increased in the past 6 months. They are chronically understaffed.

Service was terrible. First off a relative of the person running the register interrupted during the transaction and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to talk about buying groceries when all I needed to do was pay. Second, Im not a mechanic so I dont know the intricacies of vehicles but I simply asked if they could change out wheel sensor and they proceeded to treat and talk to me as if I was stupid. Overall worst place to have anything done, Walmart needs to do something about the service at this location. Will not be going there again.

Quick prompt service and didnt charge but around $10 to fix a flat from a roofing nail. Thankfully this Walmart has a tire shop and its open on Sundays.
