My second choice just became my first choice. I was greeted by a gentleman who dropped what he was doing and actually acted glad to see me. The item I needed was quickly located, ordered and paid for despite being told by a competitor that it didnt exist. Females in an auto supply store are as helpless as a male in the lingerie dept. Auto Zone made it easy

Friendly and helpful staff. But employees are not as knowledgeable as they should be when their sole job is to sell you the right parts. A lack of knowledge seems to be the norm at all AutoZone locations.

Go to auto parts they can get pretty much anything I need in stock order it and have it there usually by the next day. They are also pretty good at diagnosing what may be wrong with your vehicle

Extremely dislike the customer service at this location. I have tried going here three times and each time whichever male employee I get talks down to me and tries to talk me into getting stuff I dont need because Im a young college girl who they think knows nothing about cars. One worker actually said to me I have to refill your antifreeze because you wont know how to do it because youre a girl. There isnt a big price difference between them, walmart, or OReillys so I now go to walmart because Im tired of being treated like an idiot when I know what Im doing.
