Job was done quick but communication could have been better on the lead up. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with parking on installation but the workers did a good quick job of changing the carpet out. I would probably have gone for a better carpet but as its in the bedrooms its not terribly important.

My wife and I were looking to buy new carpet for bedrooms, hallway & stairs. We were not sure how to start the process especially but with COVID still overshadowing everything. Then one day I saw a huge transit bus go by car with a Carpet Liquidators Shop at Home ad on the side of it, and decided to give it a try. The sales rep, John Ivey, came out to our house, and took the time to walk my wife and I through the different carpet options as well as the different pricing associated with each option. He also answered all our questions about the installation process. John really knew his carpet business. After the dust settled and our new carpet was in, my wife and I couldnt be more thrilled. The installers were on time, respectful & speedy. The whole Shop At Home process made buying carpet so much easier and hassle free. The two gentleman showed up within the timeframe I was given. They were able to do the job in one day and the flooring looks great. We love our new floors. They were very knowledgeable and asked questions along the way if anything came up. They were very conscious of the dust and particles that would come up as they cut wood etc.and suggested I close the doors to the rest of the house so it wouldn’t get on our clothes, bed, furniture etc. They cleaned up after themselves through the whole process and were very polite. Would definitely purchase flooring from Carpet Liquidators in Kirkland again.

John from Carpet liquidators came to the house, gave us great options for carpet colors and the team changed it out about 1 week later. So happy we found them will be using them in the future for the rest of the house. They are a great company at great pricing and service.

Ive been a loyal shopper here having them redo floors in our house on multiple occasions over 10 years, but my last experience was extremely poor. I had to continuously push for follow-ups after never receiving calls back over the course of 6 weeks. Measurements were lost and had to be redone. Tools were left behind and installers didnt clean their workspace. Spare bits of carpet were left for me to vacuum, dust left all over the kitchen where laminate hardwood was installed, and my trim was so poorly scratched I had to repaint it...even though they clearly removed the trim and didnt install it properly. Other tradesmen working on other projects commented on how poor of a job it was and asked who did it so they know to avoid them.On the plus side they were do disorganized I had more carpet replaced than planned or paid for. Good thing they measured so well to have enough left over to do the areas that were out of scope.My previous good experiences are the only reason Im not rating them one star, but after this horrible experience I will shop around instead of dealing directly with them like I have in the past.

Bought carpet for my two bedrooms. carpet was better quality than home depots and for 1/2 the price. best part - installation only took one week from the time I bought the carpet to having it in the house. home depot has a 3-4 month wait! sure home depots is free installation, while CL charges a small amount for install, but well worth it. overall the total cost including carpet, pad and install was still half of what home depots was and it was installed asap! good experience over all, great price, no wait.

Early February John Ivy came out to our home to show us samples, as well as give us an estimate. My husband and I knew basically what we wanted, so we where quick to make a decision. John emailed us our quote fairly quickly after leaving our house.We ended up changing a couple of things, so he updated our quote accordingly. The problems started there. We did all of the demo work ourselves in order to save us a little bit of money. Never where we told to save the tack strips, so we pulled them up. After we completed our demo is when we where told to save the tack strips. (A little to late). So we where charged for those. Another strange thing that we where Never told about was before we could even schedule an install date, we had to pay in full. Well thank goodness we went into the store to make sure the paint colors we had chosen, would match the carpets because when the store associate showed us our floors. We where not happy at all with the carpet. The carpet we chose out when John showed us, was gray. The carpet at the store was brown. Not even close to the same carpets. So we ended up paying almost $2 more a square foot than the one we originally chose out. Our quote went from $7,000 to over $9,000 that fast.We where told that someone would call us the evening before installation day to touch basis with us. We Never heard anything. Delivery day came, we expected them to come between 9-11. At 8:15am, I get the call from the delivery men, saying they where at the house. (We had not moved into our house since we just bought our house, so we where 30 minutes away).My husband raced to our new house, so we could get them in to begin the installation. When my husband arrived, the first thing he saw was that both of the men where sitting in there van each smoking a cigarette. They where in the same vehicle that our new carpet, carpet padding and hardwood floors where in. That was extremely wrong, and very unprofessional!Honestly, dealing with carpet Liquidators was a huge headache. I would not recommend them to anyone. Next time we will go with a different place, we are happy to pay the difference in price, just as long as we get much better service!

After getting quotes from multiple different sources, carpet liquidators re-did the carpet in my house for 40% the average price and completed the job in an afternoon rather than the 2-3 days I was told to expect with competitors. The quality of the carpet and installation was just what I asked, and customer service responses via email or text were prompt and answered my questions. Would recommend.

We had an awesome experience at the Kirkland location! We are building a new home and went to just look around and see what the options were. The staff was VERY helpful and knowledgable when we had questions but also gave us space to look around, without pressure. We ended up finding the exact flooring we wanted and bought it that day! Highly recommend this location.

Great experience from the John the floor salesman to the installers. Experience was fantastic. Great value and we love our new carpet. Next year we are going to have our hardwood floors done by Carpet Liquidators.

These guys are like slimy used car salesmen. Kurt told me the carpet would be delivered to my house yesterday and cut there. Then no phone call or delivery. They had my phone number wrong. When I called to inquire he said that he never told me that. Why would I make that up? Then when I went to pick it up this morning the other shady sales guy said “is that the car you’re going to try to bring it home in?” Then he told me to “stay where you are” and he would try to get the carpet loaded. I went out to my car and helped another, actually useful guy, load it in successfully. I will go out of my way to tell you not to shop here.

Brian was the person who came to my home with samples and measured. He was very thorough in understanding my needs and gave me some great advice. The installation guys were on time and did a tremendous job in a very short time. I am very pleased with the outcome of my whole house replacement job. They were tidy and efficient and did a very professional job. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. John came to the house and provided samples, great pricing and no pressure. We scheduled the installation and when I had a few questions prior to installation, John got back to me right away. The team confirmed the installation schedule the day before the install and John even called me to make sure that I had received a confirmation call. The morning of installation, the team showed up right on time with John there to walk them through what needed to be done. The two installers were friendly, incredibly hard working and professional. They completed the installation in one day despite the substantial size of the project. As soon as they left, I got a text from John to make sure I was happy with the work and the end result. I’ve been planning to install new carpet for over a year but could not figure out what color/brand/style to choose using the tiny squares you find at Home Depot, etc. Having John come to our home with the large samples that I could lay down made the process so much easier. John was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He followed up but did not push to order on a tight timeline. He’s a salesman without the typical salesman pitch and was responsive via email, text and phone which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend the shop at home service. We’re scheduled for installation in a couple of weeks and we’re extremely excited!

They gave us a good price in carpet, but, the installation was horrible.The baseboard trims in all of my rooms were scratched at multiple places when the carpet was installed. Some parts of the wall also had scuff marks. We now have to figure out how to touch up the paint on the trims to hide the scratch marks. The installers also forgot to vacuum one of the stairs, left plastic bundles around my house.We contacted our contact in carpet liquidators about this few weeks ago, but, we have not heard anything back.

Fast, on time, great price. This project was done on an empty house; wall to wall new carpet, 2 floors, including stairs. I split my uninstall and install dates to give my contractor a couple of weeks of no carpet to make his job easier. Uninstall happened in a matter of hours. 2 weeks later, even the install took less than a day, and it looks great. Happy customer.

The at home service at carpet liquidators was amazing! I didnt need to leave my home! I did my entire home. They were fast, efficient, worked on my time line and gave me the best price up front. I had 2 other at home companies bid my job but they were hands down the best in all categories right down to the installation. John Ivey and John McDonald in Kirkland were amazing to work with! Top NOTCH!

Great selection and high quality product and the sales staff is very helpful. Which makes this a great store until you go to make a purchase. Their installers skipped nailing down the subfloor (which we paid extra for), broke several interface strips, scratched up the wood floor in our entry way, and left razor blades and track strips all over the place (some of the razor blades hidden sharp side up in the carpet). All that and they didnt do a very good job of the install. They left many rough cut edges installed the carpet extremely loose in many places. When we called them on these issues they acted very rude (even though we didnt ask them to fix most of the issues) and refused to do anything but refund the extra charge for nailing down the subfloor. They have also promised to give us the owner packet for our carpet that they were supposed to give us at install half a dozen times but still havent. They only have one install manager but use several subcontractors to do the installation. So you may luck out with better installers than we got, but do not expect customer service after your purchase. I would definitely not recommend this company.
