Come here to get condescended to by one of the most thoroughly unpleasant individuals youll ever meet. A person so abrasive I was happy that he was only interested in talking me out of paying them to recycle the batteries I had brought, just so I could escape his toxic presence more quickly than I could have had I gone through with the transaction. Will never come here again.

The staff here is very helpful finding the right battery. They will take the time to explain different options and chemistries. They even offer reconditioned batteries that save us money and lower the impact on the environment. Just purchased a new battery for my boat. I called about 3pm on Sunday (they close at 4pm) and talked to Bob who walked me through what I needed. Showed up about 3:30 and Bob had the battery set up and ready to go. He explained the type of battery, included the basic hardware that was needed and I was set. Fast and easy and it was really nice to deal with a person who knew what he was talking about. Lots of places to buy batteries but I suggest going to a real battery store like PPB.

Very nice environment. They are willing to help. They recycle all kind of batteries. They also recycle computers, monitors, etc. But they do not take scanners.

I usually dont write reviews for non food business. However, the service we just received from Pacific was so awesome I must recommend. Frank, the owner is your source for batteries. He was informative and even gave us some tips. We arent battery experts so it was helpful. Good small business with an owner that cares about the customer.

When I was in the store I dealt with Frank and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even better, when I had an issue he was able to take care of it immediately even though I was out of state. Their service is above and beyond.

Great store with knowledgeable employees. Frank, the owner, is a great guy who has been around cars and batteries his whole life. They can also build custom battery packs for most applications.

Great experience here. Took my car battery in because my car was having a hard to start. Frank helped me remove it from my car and place it on his test bench and sure enough it was bad, not pushing enough cold cracking amps. So he helped me pick out a new on and gave me very in-depth knowledge as to why certain batteries are better then others. He also came outside to test my starter and alternator to make sure it was just a bad battery. Highly recommend this place, very helpful.

Nice people but younger staff have no experience. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Went back day later much better experience, bought a new AGM battery. Easy peasy. My nearly new stock battery was faulty and they tested it conclusively
