Wonderful experience with this company!! We moved into an older house that had gas logs. We didn’t know if they even worked. They came out immediately, looked them over, and set them up to work safely and efficiently!!! I’m so happy we called them!!!!!!!

Cherry Energy is an OK provider of gas. Ive been with them one year and have had both billing problems, installation issues, and they overfilled my tank. When they first installed my tank, they neglected to check the stove, to see if it was set up properly, even though I asked them to check. They later told me that the builder does this, which I know to be a false statement, and doesnt matter as I asked them to check. I had trouble paying my bill and was told by the person at the office that i was not her problem. She later claimed to be joking and that I didnt react the way she expected. Very poor customer relations. After my tank was installed three months they came by and couldnt figure out why i had not used any gas. They even sent a repair tech to be sure the gauge was accurate. After seeing my usage for the rest of the year, it can be deduced that the 20 percent that It appears I never used the first three months is nearly exactly the difference between the 80 percent max fill and 100 percent tank capacity. Glad the temperatures were low enough till the tank fill went down low enough that the safety valve didnt release. Gotta who they would have charged for the lost gas.

They charge you a convenience fee of 75.00 plus tax if you dont use 250gal of propane per year. This is gouging the customer and unethical!

I would not recommend these people at all. Very rude. Messed up my yard and refused to fix it. If you want to get screwed and run over then go ahead and use them. Say they are a Christian company but sure dont show it.

City of Kinston : We have our Forklift propane cylinders filled at Cherry Energy and they also open after a Hurricane and flooding so our trucks can get fuel on the North side of the river. They are always ready to help in any way they can and are always polite and very knowledgeable. We have always gotten excellent service from Cherry Energy and we look forward to doing business with them in the future.

They did a great job in hooking up our new heater and running all new lines for us. For our cook stove to the dryer and the heater good job very friendly guys. And switch the cook stove over from natural gas to propane gas. And even giving me some help in reference for other thing I needed done that they dont do. Great group of people

We have been using Cherry Energy since 2009 and never had an issue that couldnt be resolved. One issue that was quickly resolved dealt with payment plans. The people in their office were truly professional and we even worked it out over the phone. I highly recommend this company.

They sent an e-mail bill for a tank usage, I replied back to them BUT they never replied back, we were in the flood, the tank (100 gallon tank) was on its side. they have never bothered to come check anything out. they are just concerned about getting there money... they charge you if you dont use enough Lp gas during the year, and if you delay in the payment they come get your tank and the gas you have in it. lets see if they respond to this and come check there tank out.Mr. Ed

I have always been very well pleased with the service I have received from Cherry Energy. They are very helpful, friendly, and professional. And they have never let me run out of gas in the freezing cold weather! I like their pre-pay plan! It saves money, plus keeps me from having to watch my tank and call them when I am getting low!!

Now I’m having to go through a lawyer to help me clear it and get the money back I paid them since they turn it in to collection. Have been a customer for YEARS. Forced to sign a contract this year for automatic renewal when we got down to 20% in our tank. Called last week when we were at 20%. Called again when we were close to 10% and still not refilled. Called TWICE yesterday to say we were at 10% and needed fuel NOW. Spoke with Crystal twice on Tuesday (1/5/2016) and she said she would call the dispatcher and maybe get a truck out here by Friday. We put electric heaters in the kennel to save our dogs when we ran out of fuel. We were on FUMES when we finally got an emergency delivery because Crystal HAD NEVER CALLED THE DISPATCHER! Crystal needs to be fired and we will be looking for another company because we cant risk running out of fuel again. Cherry Energy is a very poor company and their customer service is less than acceptable.
