Would like for people to know that if you buy a Walmart us cellphone you CAN get it on at us cellular.

I have been thinking for a while of purchasing a new cell phone. Well my teenage daughter and this wonderful young man ( Maurice Edwards) talked me into it this morning. I called US Celluar on Friday to ask about their opening times/ COVID restrictions and Maurice is the one who I spoke with. He explained everything, he told me he would be working this morning so when I come he would be the one assisting me. I told Maurice I would be there at 9:00 am SHARP. Well I was there at 8:40 and 9am the doors were opened and Maurice greeted me at the door. He greeted me with a smile!! Well lets just say his customer service was OUTSTANDING Im walking out with TWO iPhone 12 Pros.Maurice answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. I recommend him to everyone!!! Thank you Maurice!!!!

I live pretty rural and get great service with USCellular in eastern NC. Excellent customer service at the store, specifically Prince who was very knowledgeable, friendly and followed up on a small issue quickly and had it solved in no time. Would recommend them highly.

Store took all precautions for COVID 19 virus. Our sales consultant, Aaron Newsome, was extremely helpful, very polite and found the solution to our problem that made us feel very confortable. He checked our equipment, corrected any problem that appeared and recommended a case for my wifes phone which made her very happy. While waiting on us, he was able to multitask with the other customers that came in without us feeling that it was even happening. Aaron is a definite asset to U. S. Cellular and able to satisfy customers, solve problems and keep the flow of customers moving along.

Not to good on helping thier own longtime use customers with switching services over to other service providers if/when a person has to leave the state and move to another/other state and that state doesnt have US Cellular carrier or tower service!! They are really selfish when it comes to this type of issue ( you would think theyd be more helpful being that there so many u.s. military people traveling in and out of different states living that does have US Cellular in certain states and cities that do it would be a great service to a veteran or a US service member if that u.s. cellular would do much better on this issue)!! I will not get back with them or use them as a phone service provider or service again until they fix this issue with me!!

Maurice is hands down the best sales person I have ever met. His customer service is simply incredible. We had issues getting my nbr released from the phone company I was leaving. Maurice was on it, and even after I left he continued to check the status on my number. He sent a text 5 mins before the actually store opened to let me know he was still working on this issue while he was off. Absolutely recommend him. He is at the Kinston location. Which I must mention is a very neat and trendy little store with all display phones there in the showroom. Unlike some places I went previously. Thanks again for all your great help. I visited this location after trying everything in different stores and no luck anywhere, nobody could helped me with tech issue with my cell phone.. finally stop by the store and i dont know what that guy did to my phone he just took less than 2 min to fix it, while i spend hours before to fix with different persons / stores.. i love the way i was greeted in the store and helped, i will recommend Mr. Prince, he is fully professional person there, knowledgeable and quick fixture, i bought two Iphones from him same day and in future will take his services if need any assistance, thank you Prince. Waited over 30 minutes and NO one acknowledge I was even in the store. A costumer walks in and they start helping him. Yes I had 3 kids (one of them a crying baby) very rude I walked out and went to Jacksonville US cellular were I got EXCELLENT customer service...dont plan on going back to Kinston.
