This is the worst place ever. Sold me a broke phone talk me in to case ext. Now cant get money back, for phone thats broke. And case to a broke phone . I cant use. I will do this every day until. This is fixed. Metro in Kinston sucks

The girl that has long black hair who looks Mexican is very rude and unprofessional. she knows very little about anything in the store. i bought a phone that she said i would get a rebate on and find out later i couldnt get the rebate.

I went to apply hotspot time and was there 45 to 50 minutes, just to pay for 4g for 10 dollars for my phone, it took about 2 minutes to pay the lady, she could have taken care of me while The people ahead of me looking at what phone cases they was going to buy, thought my visit was very poor

I was do for an upgrade i came in for a new phone and the girl that was working there tried to have me pay full price for a phone maybe she thought i was new but i been with this company for 4 years but i hope she learned from that and dont try with someone else
