Scheduled an appointment about a week ago, stressing I needed my vehicle back before the weekend is done. Called today before bringing my vehicle to ensure this would be the case. Was told to call the jeep dealership because they likely would have to send it to them anyways. Instead of someone telling me this sooner, I now am stuck in a bad position with my vehicle having issues and now again having having make an appointment elsewhere and wait upwards of a week+ for a new appointment to have my vehicle worked on. This is highly unprofessional, would not recommend anyone going here.Edit after the response from Massey: I never brought my vehicle in after waiting over a week for my appointment due to when I called the day of the appointment to ensure everything would be in order, they told me to just go to the jeep dealer instead. I would not have had an issue with this had I have been told that in the first place. I purchased the vehicle from Massey and purchased the extended warranty from them as well, so I assumed they would be the ones I would want to have assist me with this issue. After posting my original review, the general manager called me and asked some questions, informed me he would ask the service department about it and call me back. That was two+ weeks ago. Still have not heard from him. They claim they were only trying to help yet this is not evident in what all happened.

Earl Morgan earned all 5 stars! Some background: my son is on deployment in SWA and we were using his Tacoma so it wasnt idle for 8 months. When I took it into the local Toyota shop here in NoVA for a routine oil change under Toyota Customer Care, the service rep noticed that the Date of First Use (DOFU) was off by 5 months. This is important because it would have shortened his enrollment period for the Customer Care program and also affect the warranty period. I notified Earl as the General Manager at Massey of the problem and asked for his help to rectify the DOFU issue. It took Earl a few weeks to get the regional Toyota office to update the records but he persisted and now the DOFU is correct. Through it all, Earl was gracious and honest. It was a pleasure to work with him to solve this problem for our son. God bless America!

My wife and I were searching for vehicles on True Car thru Allstate Insurance app. We came across the vehicle we were specifically looking for located at Massey Toyota. I confirmed availability and within 10 Minutes James had reached out to me and asked when I could come by physically and look at the vehicle.Prompt friendly greeting. Sought out what our needs were, made the recommendation that the vehicle was what we were looking for. Pointed and showed the features. Gave me a number on a trade, which we werent really thinking of doing. And just like that we closed the deal.My only advice, explain all the paperwork, Im the person who gets the warranties, but throwing it in as a number on 8-1/2 x 11 is what might leave a sour taste in others mouths. I know thats how finance works though. Explain what those initial installment numbers include.Thank you!
