They overcharge with everything and didnt ask me to put a part on my vehicle when I just wanted my alternator rebuilt.then took my battery post off of my truck and put some cheap ones on and I did not tell them to do that.i will not be going back

They have very skilled people that accomplish the task here. But like all mechanic shops they are here for profit. Although I find them more ethical than most shops. You still deal with the sales crew. And their job is to get the most money for the shop as possible. But they do get the work done and get it done right and get it done right the first time. Does cost money for that. And you get what you pay for. But their shop rate is very reasonable. When you compared to the other shops. I would definitely recommend this place. I plan on continuing to use them for a long time to come. Now if they would just offer free service, wed be set

The latest technology to troubleshoot your cars problem (s). If you have a light on your dash or just need can oil change go see them. Over 60years experience is advertised; three of the mechanics have at least 30 years experience! Located at the old Buick dealership building in Kinston, I believe the sixty is how long they have been in business! Whatever you need I feel confident they can help. Old time service with personal service the same as my parents came to expect. They work on all makes and models: depending on the schedule they will try to fit you in or schedule you as soon as they can.

I just left my car with them on Thursday 3-0719 for a wiper blade kept staying on and they called me Friday saying that my brake hose was broken on the passenger side, then called me Monday saying the driver side had also broken and the car hadnt move or been started for 2 days then charged me $361 in total...I recommend No one ever deal with these ppl they are a complete RIP off and I Stopped to get gas and now my car wont Start ...they are a Complete rip off
