293.00For to fix my horn for inspectionPaid for parts parts don’t work so I have to pay another 293.00 for a part no refund from first one.. car still no horns don’t can’t get inspected. Ladies be careful

Very professional and so nice. I use this place everytime I need tires.

The issue I have with this company is that when you have a issue in question they are rude and unprofessional. They requested the tool that unlocked my rim tires and did not return it. When I requested they return it they were very defensive and unwilling to even look for it in their shop. Why? Why would would you take something and be so UNWILLING to look for it or reimburse me for it if you lost or maybe even broke it? I would warn Women to not go to this business without a knowledgeable Man if you dont want to be taken advantage of. This is so sad that this is still happening in 2020. Also be careful not tolto valuable items in your vehicle because if they steal something as small as a rim wrench then I can imagine what more they would take.Poor Customer Service! I feel so violated to be stolen from when I paid for a service. You need to get it together US 1 Tire.

Awesome tire shop

This was my first time at US 1 Tire Shop. We brought our Kia Optima in for a Alignment. Soon as I stepped out of the car, there was someone already coming up to me asking me what they could help me with. He pulled the car right in and got to doing the Alignment. We where there for maybe at the most 20 mins and then he was done and we were out the door. They are all very friendly and good at what they do. We will be back again.
