Awesome experience!! Called and 5 minutes later walked in to purchase 4 BFG Goodrich all terrain tires. They were priced well below other quotes I had received as well. Tires look and ride great!

I mostly go for my oil changes and the service is always great. They inspect my vehicle for other needs, rotate my tires, and check fluids as part of my oil change. Prices are very reasonable. The only place Im going in Kinston! Happy customer! Update: Im here again! I love these guys always so professional and friendly! They keep the facility clean and have hand sanitizer!

They were always questionable as far as knowledge. There was one girl who used to work there that was really informative but the entire location has completely fallen off. Literally none of the same staff is there, fine, things change. But the location is now filthy. It used to be real clean and it’s just really dirty now. Not the most polite customer service and the professionalism has gone way down. That’s probably why it was so slow in there. Maybe they’re being impacted by the fact no one suddenly wants to work.

Austin was the technician. He was very informative about the process of wheel alignment. I would recommend Mr Tire to friends and family.

Awsome!!!!! Fast Service and definitely great savings. I called so many places this morning and no one could fit me in, Steve said if i hold tight he would fit me in. He usually closes at 630 but he worked over time to make sure i was satisfied!!!! Not to mention it was very hot outside!!! Definitely going to come here again for other services.

My car broke down right in front of their business, so I pulled in and asked about tires, and although I did not have enough money to get new tires, the two gentlemen helped me and put my spare on for me and even entertained my kids and showed them the tire room. Which helped me alot and eased my mind, I want to thank those two men and when I get a chance I will be coming to buy some tires!

Boys at Kinston, NC store hooked me and my wife up a week ago when we got a flat while traveling from Wilson to Morehead City. It was 4:45 on a summer Friday afternoon and the team got us fixed and out the door in less than 45 minutes. At the end of the day before a busy Saturday work day, Mr Tire took the time to get our little (but crucial to us) repair done with smiles and pleasantries. I highly recommend the store for your auto needs.

Went to get an alignment and was told my tie rods were seized so an alignment couldnt be done and that i needed new ones, today i decided to see what they were talking about and found my front passenger tie rod backing nut backed off a whole inch which was a disaster waiting to happen, thats my main reason for the 2 star rating, but also, i was able to break them all loose with no problem at all so they werent seized, ill be going to a different alignment place, only reason i didnt give them a 1 star review is because i didnt pay for anything, but they couldve checked and made sure they tightened everything back down before allowing it to leave their shop.

I received great customer service from Marshall when I visited Mr. Tire last month, I’ll like to say that I’ll continue to take my vehicles to Mr. Tire for their great service!

I went in earlier this week to pick out tires, Travis was very knowledgeable and friendly, despite being busy, he took time to compare the options that I was considering and explain their services. He ordered the tires that I selected, I returned yesterday at my scheduled time for installation. Travis and the Mr. Tire team did an excellent job and got me taken care of and back on the road without a long wait. Highly recommend!

I stopped in for a quick vehicle inspection. I was able to get the inspection, needed oil change, and tire rotation on my lunch break. The new manager, Steve, was friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

Came in to get a tire rotation. Told me they could hook me up with a balancing as well. Interacted with my kids the whole time trying to pass time. They also checked out my belts and my breaks and let me know about how much longer theyd last. Really nice people and all other customers seemed to be happy with them will definitely be going back!

Great group of guys being a mechanic I know how it is when people show up at closing time but Travis is an A plus fellow and got us taken care of and back on the road in no time.

I can’t recommend this business. They could not install a part on my vehicle because one of their employees had called out and they couldn’t fix my AC issue because their guy wasn’t certified. I had all of this pre-scheduled.

I had a oil change about a week ago. I just left advance auto to see how to replace headlight bulbs and the attendant ask me if I knew I was missing my oil cap! I had no reason to look under my hood thank God I was looking to replace my bulbs because I would of never known and hopefully I have no damages to my engine. I will be contacting them tomorrow.after work

Made an appointment for the next day, went in and got out in 20 minutes. Mechanics went out of their way to fix my truck, saved me 3 hours and $400 by replacing a screw in my gear shift by hand instead of taking my entire dashboard apart. Very friendly, very knowledgeable staff. Kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend. Will be going back for anything else my truck needs.

Dont go here! We asked that Mr Tire check our back brakes and they told us they checked them and they were fine. We took our truck and drove 3 hours and then noticed that the tire they removed was missing a lug nut. Long story short they stripped the bolts, replaced the bolts, put on fresh lube and then did not tighten them. Destroyed my emergency brake and will not take responsibility for it. Their actions could have caused our death and they simply do not care

Just moved here to kinston winter to try something local, wife car needed a oil chamge and a set of tires, there friendly staff helped me pick a set that best fit my budget . While working on the linement, they went well above what was needed pointed out that she needed brakes and tie rods .. (thank God) ... fairly priced well be going back ....

We blew a tire on our camper and unexpectedly needed new tires on July 3rd. Knowing that most places were going to be closed for the holiday weekend, we hoped to find a place that could put new tires on for us like right now.
