VERY WELL taken care of. Jonathan took care of me when I hit the deer and afterwards. They do weekly updates depending on how long they have your vehicle. They held my hand every step of he way even when my insurance company didnt!!!!

Took time but was proficient in repairs, called me throughout the week it took to finish the job.

No way you could tell the car had any scratches before work was done....although it was a work in...was very fast getting back to meJonathan was very kind and thorough explaining the process... would definitely go back and ask for Jonathan

Our SUV was towed her after my wife had a crash where s lady pulled out and got her almost head on. The lady that answers the phone there is awesome! Very polite, friendly and helpful. They had our SUV listed as abandoned because we didnt call them for a while after the wreck (2 weeks) and everything we left in the vehicle was still there. Thats rare from my past experiences in other areas. They were extremely nice when my wife came to get her belongings. Good to see s company thats ran well with good people there.

First visit: they gave us an appointment approximately 2 weeks out, stating he would order the part needed. We show up, they did not have us down for an appointment, then the man that gave the appointment said, oh yeah, um the part is on backorder and would be in in two days. (Yeah right!!) I left my number and asked them to call when it came so I wouldn’t waste another trip. Have you gotten a call?!?!! Neither have I. Needless to say, I will not be taking my vehicle there.

There service is great. I had a scuff on my car door and they took it out right on the spot free of charge. My wife also had a tail light replaced here and they also did a really good job.
