Do not come to this store, the employees and manager do not know how to treat their customers. I recommend that you go to the one in front of Walmart, they are more professional and corporate.

Wow T Mobile did it again on there T Mobile Tuesdays went here in town to redeem our coupons for BK free whoppers. Nope! 😡😡 they can not take over four didget codes!! So once again invalid codes! Why bother with free Tuesdays. Lower our Bills. You never get free anything!!!

Worst experience ever employee who worked on March 30th 2021 is not doing his job correctly he just wastes the time by doing his stuff very slowly he doesn’t even care why the customers are waiting or how he can actually help doesn’t greet the customers as well I was waiting for 40 mins and the employees don’t care why we are waiting and what do we actually need nothing they ask about just makes us wait for too long

I’m hoping my experience was simply an employee having a bad day. I had spoken with TMobile customer service prior to coming into the store. It was TMobile that directed me to come to the store to return a cell booster. The woman who was helping me did not read over the notes on my account. Had she done so she would have seen that I was told to come in and turn the booster over to them. Apparently she didn’t want to have to print the shipping label and was requiring that I come back when I had a shipping label. She eventually called TMobile customer service (she didn’t believe me?) and guess what: they read to her the notes which verified the instructions I was given. Anyhow instead of providing me a receipt, she immediately began helping another customer instead of resolving my transaction. I eventually just left the store, hoping the booster gets returned and they don’t charge my account $400 for a non return. Neither the store employee nor the manager provided me a receipt of the returned item. I just have to trust it makes it back?Very poor customer service. This ordeal took 45mins without any documentation of the transaction. She never typed any notes into the computer.Just seemed to me that she didn’t want to do her job and be responsible for shipping the unused booster. That’s the impression she left me with. No thank you when I left the store either. Very strange experience. Usually TMobile is five stars. Today was a one star day. Makes me sad to even have to rate them this way. But it is what it is.

As always the bank employees are very polite, makes the long wait worth it.
