ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Came in for an OIL CHANGE at 3:35 PM! It is 5:54 PM as I write this review. I had to go out and ask them what was going on, he said he will start on my oil change, its almost 6 PM, and NOTHING. An oil change should not take more than an hour (not even, but to be nice!) First time using this service at this Walmart, I will never come here again. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

For close to 2 months, Ive tried to get my oil changed, and for 2 months Ive been told that they dont have the tool to remove the cover for my VW Jetta. Do yourself a favor, go to Calallen and get your oil changed there or go somewhere other than Walmart. If you want things to improve, you have to show them that you arent playing their game.

The customer service at the auto center was terrible!!! Were from Houston going down to Harlingen TX our tire messed up around 5 pm. We look online and we see the walmart auto center in Kingsville closes at 7 pm so we call and ask what time they close, they say 6 pm. So we get there at 5:32 pm and the technicians(2 of them) refuse to put the tire on our car. The manager there was not helpful at all either. They should just change the closing time online to 5:30pm instead of 7 pm.

It was 7:10am. 1 woman 2 different male employees. The tires rim and flat tire were off the car and I had already purchased a tire. Was told 1.5 hours to put the tire on the rim and balance. 1.5 hours and 3 employees in the tire and oil. They didn’t have to put the tire back on the car only the tire on the rim. Walmart seriously needs to rethink the auto service. This isn’t the first time that this type of thing has happened and not just this Wal-Mart. You can see by the photo how swamped they are right now!!!

Usually come here for oil changes and its never a problem. Came in 10/2/20 for a simple tire repair and it took over two hours, what really got me heated was the employees in the car center were goofing off (my paperwork had been sitting on the counter for a good hour) and the mechanics outside were all on their phones while I was trying to flag one of them down to get my tire. All around just really poor service. 11/27/20 again went for a tire repair early & again ZERO help from any of the employees outside. Everything was ok until I got my tire back & I heard air coming from it so I took it back to find out I needed a whole new tire. The one thing I appreciate is they credited me the tire repair to the new tire.

The Walmart here in Kingsville seems as if theyre always trying to strive to do a little bit better than the other stores so I really enjoy my time when I go there

The price of the tire was good but to have it put on the wheel took over 2 hours. There were people there whod been waiting over 3 hours for an oil change. Also we requested 80lbs air pressure and they only put in 60.

Worst walmart auto care ever. You have workers playing heartstone instead of or while working. They kept the keys to my car and then the staff left and they had to call people and look for it. Staff act like theyre doing you a favor and when they call you and say its ready you end up waiting there another 30 mins. No professionalism. The other five customers next to us were upset as well. Something needs to be done because everytime I come here its a mess.

Worst oil service ever, they never change the oil filter and vaccum the carpets. I have gone there four times and they never did complete service or check. Waste of time and money

Went for tires for my van. Asked how long they said 2 hours. I went home went back to pick up my van. They had not changed the tires. When asked why they said they called an never did. All to be told they didnt have nore could they get the right tires I needed. Will not return unless it is something I can walk in an get an walk out with.

I am not like a guy who do Rating & review so often. In generally, I let people to do their business as they like to do. But at this time, no more. I assume, Walmart is a big company and they care about peoples car and money.Recently, I went their for engine oil change and enroll for most expensive (~USD 50) package. When they are done, i found they did not attains various service (i.e headlight check, car vacuum etc). But they write in the receipt that all of the individual service have been completed.Even they did not give me printed tag for engine oil service (generally they put this tag with windshield for future reference).When i turned on my car, i found the engine oil change warning still present there. So, i have asked a crew and he replied they dont know how to do it. But it actually 30 seconds job to do it.After coming to home i have check engine oil quality and i got expression that its not like the product i paid for.

After reading some reviews i was a little sceptical to bring my car in. Overall they did great, only down side it that they didnt use the best quality oil filter, they did however, use the right oil i asked for. At least they did that. My car uses 6 quarts of 10w 30 and that disqualified me from the 45 doller penzoil change, so my oil change came out to 60 dollers. They did there job, my only gripe was the oil filter they used.

Not very pleased with the lack of attention they paid to my truck. They forgot to put the new sticker on after the oil change, and most likely auto-filled the info on the checklist, as it didnt reflect the conditions of the vehicle

I was given two different prices on tires . One of the employees was talking about me changing services as if taking one service out was makingIt difficult .And I don’t think it’s right thatOnce I got my paperwork it says when I arrived they got my vehicle in and out within 30 minutes when I sat there for almost 3 hours for a 20 minutes job .i always take my vehicles but this is the worst experience I ever had !
