I spoke to a young lady in service to schedule an appointment and was told they didn’t have a loaner and was given a date for service. I called the day prior and asked if I brought the vehicle in the evening before if this might expedite the service, she assured me that this would move the vehicle into the shop first thing in the morning. We dropped the vehicle off and expected a call the following day to pick it up as we had rented a car. That evening I called to find out the status of our vehicle and was informed that due to some scheduling glitches my truck never made it in to service but they would get it done the following day (Friday). Friday evening approximately 4:30 pm I called again and was again told of scheduling problems, again the vehicle was not seen. I expressed my disappointment in the way this was progressing. The young service writer then told me the “truth” she said they only had two technicians working in the shop and they were backed up, but she assured me that on Monday this situation would be resolved. Fast forward to the following Wednesday and much of the same stories, I said enough I’m now approximately 750.00 into a rental and no assurance of an end in sight. She talked to her Mgr. And said they would pick up two days of rental and the truck would be completed the following day. She called the following day and informed me that it was ready to pick up, we arrived at the dealership went into service I noticed the paperwork laying out on the desk, and my truck in the drive with an additional weeks worth of dirt. The service writer appears and ask me to sign the acceptance and we left. What an extremely disappointing experience. I have bought at least six Ford’s previous and have never been lied to and strung out like this before. My advice find a dealership with some integrity!
Sames Quick Lane was great. I had an appointment at another dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. And even with an appointment they said it would be about 3 1/2 hour wait. So I went to Sames at the end of the day and they saw me right away and I was out in less than an hour. Im so grateful for their great service
Dont expect any service after you buy a car. It took multiple calls to finally get in touch with the finance manager but good luck getting any answers. The warranty company they worked with was bought by another company so they dont know how to help me anymore, I spent over $2000 and expect a simple message that my warranty that I paid for is now under a new company, here is the info and number to reach them. No, I get a, well I think the name is this company, I think this might be the number and you can just google the company and find them. It seems they go out of the way not to help. I found the company that may have my policy but cant reach them or get any type of call back.

Our company vehicle broke down late in the afternoon between Orange Grove and Kingsville. We had it towed to Sames Ford in Kingsville for repairs. Frank in the service department was great! After making contact with company personnel 1st thing in the morning, our truck was ready and back on the road in record time! Thank you all for the great work!
My car has been at Sames Ford in Kingsville about 5 different times since October 2020. The ac was not working properly. After we took in November for the same issue, the entire right does not work on heat and the ac still didnt work right.Took it again this week for same ac issue. They said freon was low and thats all it needed. Well that did not fix the issue and they never addressed the heat issue.We also needed two belts put on the week before. Got it home and drove it the next day only to hear loud squealing sound when turning the Wheel to left with hard steering. Come to find out by our (wonderful service advisor, who tries hard to make things right) that the mechanic had put on a belt 2 inches to long and tried to cover the sound with a white spray of some kind. The belt was fixed. The HEAT on right side doesnt work and the AC is doing the same.I have to take kids to school in a half heated car and this weather right now is very cold. We have spent over $1200 to get things fixed and every time we wind up bringing my car back. This is frustrating and ridiculous. Something needs to been.

General manager said he could do something and said they were gonna run by credit through one bank the next day I had 5 hits on my credit report thanks a lot working to build my credit and then you go and hit my credit with 5 different hard hits
I had a very bad experience. Vanessa was supposed to have things ready for me for a test drive on a truck I was going to purchase. She was supposed to let me know if anything was going to change on the truck. We live in Fulton and went to Kingsville Saturday just to find out the truck was auctioned off on Friday. She didnt let me know it was auctioned off and waisted our time. We are so upset with her lack of communication. We had to take our deal somewhere else.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed, since 2016 I have purchased 3 vehicles from Sames Kingsville. I was fixing to purchase a 4th however there was a “mishap” for some odd reason with the system couldn’t even get a returned phone call not even from the GM. I guess loyalty doesn’t go very far in this world, whatever the case may be you’ll just lost a GREAT and LOYAL customer. They weren’t small purchases either.

When the hours for the Service Dept are listed as 7 AM then someone should really answer the phone. Instead, it continues to go to auto answerl because THEY ARE CLOSED! Both numbers have been called. Poor management practice!

We gave them a 4 star rating only because when they detailed our new truck, they missed a few handprints on the inside. Overall the experience was amazing and the people were easy to talk to and very attentive to what we needed. I would absolutely recommend others to visit Sames. Im from California, we went to the valley to spend Christmas with our family .Unfortunately our brand new 2020 ford explorer broke down near kingsville Texas and Sames ford was the nearest ford dealer so ford costumer care towed my truck to this dealer after waiting one day for a towing truck company to take this trip .First service dept said it was something in transmission that they were going to replace it and fill up with up oil and test, after 2 weeks of waiting I had to call them to hear any updates then they said it was the whole transmission ( I had to call them because they never called) I told them to call me or email me if I dont answer and they never did . After another 2 weeks again they didnt call me I hat to call costumer care to find out my truck was in its way back to California. I got it back few days ago and its a disaster, first of all my truck was super dirty like when u leave u car outside with out cover. I didnt expect them to clean inside but come on!!!! Out of to courtesy at least try to maintain the outside . Second of all my truck is not working properly transmission makes a whistle noise and when I put on reverse or drive it jumps up then down weird uh!Then when its driving it loose power before shifting 3rd then comes after like 2 seconds jumping up again, not to mention when gears go back starts shaking.Now no dealer wants to take my truck for check up here in California, Im frustrated ford costumer care will no help with anything but give list of dealership and thats It .My nightmare is far from end but I hope management from this dealership will take care of their service department because obviouslyService head department arent doing their job right .
Relatively new Ford Raptor w/ what I consider to have been a very complicated transmission issue. 2 weeks to diagnose and correct the problem (much of that time waiting for parts) but I couldnt be happier. They even provided a rental. I drove from Corpus since this is where I purchased from and the service department professionally took care of the problem, made the short trip well worth it. Mostly a great experience. Nichole and Brandon were very helpful and patient with my plethora of questions, as this was my first time buying a new car and financing it. Sames was able to find me a VERY reasonable deal and monthly payment that I can afford on my student budget. One of the only draw back were the initial salesman who helped me (whos name I cant remember). He was very uneducated about the car and the buying process. He also gave me false information about the warranties available on my car during our test drive. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend this dealership to others.

I called our salesperson last Saturday looking for a replacement F-150. She said she was on her day off, but that she’d be in as soon as she got her stuff put away (I pulled her from doing her yard work).We needed a new truck to take the place of our 2016 “lifted” F-150 because my knees took a beating while in the Navy and the lifted part was too much to bear. As always, she took exceptional care of us and put us in our new 2018 F-150 for a fair price once again. Best part was that we got to spend the day with our good friend.I’ll continue to do business with Sames Ford. I’ve bought from both the Kingsville store as well as the Corpus Christi location and refer people often and will continue to do so.
I always change my oil here the lady in the front is very friendly.There busy depending on what day u go, I had to wait over an hour and a half the last time and it was 10 am about four or five cars ahead of me overall great and fast service no complaints from me. Also they have a shuttle service so u dont have to wait at the dealership which is a plus.
I dealt with Lupe Garcia and he was very patient, kind and courteous. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new car!!

I had an issue with some batteries that I had bought for my F-250. I brought my truck back to see what was causing the problem. Frank at the service department said that it was a defective battery and would replace it free of charge when they had one in stock. He charged the bad battery and them asked me to come back. I came back after the weekend and he quickly replaced the bad battery. In and out in about 20 minutes.

My 2010 Expedition was not responding to my normal driving habits and I suspected transmission problems or brake problems. It had been over two years since I had my car serviced (I drive about 5 miles in a weeks time and all in the town). So I had Quick Lane service out my car. Their inspection FOUND my problem. My right front brake caliper had lost its brake pad and was eating into the rotor. (Another state inspection station just inspected and passed my car a month ago). I am very pleased with the professional attitude of the service manager and the excellent work of the mechanic. Job Well Done.

I discovered a leak in one of my brake calipers and was pretty low on fluid. Bad situation when youre hundreds of miles from home! I knew what the issue was and it was an easy fix but had no tools or means to do it myself. The swamped service department really stepped up helping to fix my brake line issue to get me back on the road in no time so I could still make it to my destination on time. Excellent experience and customer service!
Came in for an alignment after speaking with the service person who told me to come in the next day at 9:30 and they could do it while I waited. So today I was there from 9:30 until 1:40 at which point I was told that their alignment machine had broken and they could not complete the job. TERRIBLE experience. The alignment should have taken about an hour. So either it broke at the very end and they had not started for 3 hours or they KNEW it was broken and didnt tell me. Either way - definitely not recommended.
Visited the service department. My truck was leaking oil. I was told the sensor is not covered by the extended warranty I purchased, so had to pay the $300+ bill outta pocket (because I wouldve been charged the $140/$150, given 2 different prices, for the diagnostic fee). They fixed it quickly, but now my truck is mysteriously leaking radiator fluid, that it wasnt leaking before I took it in.
Bought a used 2013 Buick Encore and within 3 days of having this vehicle the engine light came one. Took to the dealership and got the code P0420 SAMES said they needed to replace catalytic converter so they sent it to a local muffler shop (ACME) took and it was replaced w/a new one. 2 days later engine light pops up again took it back to dealership and they say catalytic converter needs to have California one so that gets replaced and put in and still the check engine light is one and Doug from service desk informed me per his manager they would no longer help fix THIER problem from day one. Now inspection is coming up and still the same code is popping up. Goes to show they dont stand by thier vehicles they sell.

If you need repair work on your vehicle you wont regret giving Sames Ford your business. Frank and Gerald were responsible for taking a bad situation and turning it into a tolerable one for me. Frank coordinated a rental car to keep me working while Gerald investigated the problem, pin-pointed the damage and repaired it all, then some. Then some, you ask? Yes, i requested special parts be installed during the repairs and it was managed in-stride without hesitation. Its been 3 days since major repairs on my 2004 diesel without any problems!! Thank you Sames Ford and especially Frank and Gerald...you folks are, and continue...earning my business!!

Im from out of town they decided to keep my company truck over night which I use every day and wouldnt give me a loner and the sales guys wouldnt even let me go back to the shop to get my phone charger out so I had to walk back to the hotel because they wouldnt give me a ride either. And had no way to get to work

I went into look at a used Expedition for my growing family. I did not have a good time. After wasting 45 minutes of my time, they finally admitted they did not have the vehicle I came to see in stock. When I arrived they said, let us appraise your vehicle while we retrieve the vehicle you came to see. Then after a long wait, offering me $5,000 less for the trade in than other dealerships, and a series of increasingly unpleasant dialog, I got them to admit they didnt have the Expedition anymore. The only reason I didnt give one star was because I got to speak to a customer service manager and voice my displeasure. It is highly unlikely these guys will be getting any of my business in the future.

Horrible experience with these people. They will do anything to get the deal done, including lying! When I first walked in there, I asked them not to run my credit because I didnt know if I was gonna buy. They said, we wont run anything unless we agree on a number. They then asked me to sign a four square. They said that it would indicate where I wanted my payments to be. They ran it immediately. I got a notification from my credit monitoring company within minutes. I had wanted to trade in my car. I told them that I did not want any negative equity on the new truck if I decided to buy. They said no problem, well pay it (later, I found out that they were going to rollover 5000.00 to my new truck. I asked them, I thought you said you were going to pay off my car, you lied to me. Their response was technically we werent lying because we said wed pay it off. ) I said, I need more time to think about it. They kept pressuring me to buy that day. I said no, Ill be back next week. They let me take the truck. When I came back, they ran my credit again twice as I was sitting there! I had already been pre-approved by the first finance company.They had removed my license plates from my car because they said they thought they were buying my car although, I hadnt signed possession over to them. I didnt want to trade my car after all. They ruined my bracket to my Mercedes by forcing screws that did not fit the bracket. It will not hold any plates. Til this day, I havent received my new bracket nor my replacement license plates! Its been over a month! They were so happy to talk to me while they were trying to sell me a truck. Once they sold it, they avoided me like the plague! I tried to go in to talk to Raul or EZ and they both ran the other way and instead sent in a pee-on floor manager to talk to me. These people only care about themselves. They will not look after your best interest or care whether or not you can afford a car. They will lie on your application to make the sale! In my experience, they are the most conniving, sneaky& shady dealership I have dealt with by far!
