My experience at this CVS was good I had to pick up a prescription transferred from NJ and it was there and the service was good and they kept everything quick and easy and it was not crowded nice and easy
Sat at the drive through with 3 cars in front of me for 30mins. When you call the pharmacy plan on being on hold for at least 10mins before they pick up. Ive been shorted on my meds numerous times over the years and of course when you call to tell them that you ran out of meds before 30 days are up they act like youre crazy.update 9/20/2021...sat in the drive through for 20mins,only one car in front of me, waited another 10mins once I got to the window. Got home to a text message telling me they had another script ready. Why in the name of God wouldnt they tell me they were working on another one so I wouldnt have driven all the way home only to turn around and go back. Will never use this pharmacy again
The pharmacy is the worst when calling there. They never pick up the phone and then when they do they put you on hold. Walmart is so much better!Stephanie is great there! CVS really is bad!
They fail to perform even their core function - they cannot reliably fill prescriptions, sometimes for several weeks, and they will not help you find a pharmacy that can. But if you, like me, are stuck with Aetna through your employer, you have no choice but to use CVS, or pay out-of-pocket at another pharmacy, which is what I have to do now. How is this allowed?
The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist, can be very unprofessional in their behaviors. Additionally, when they have clearly made a mistake, they do not apologize for their error or their attitudes. It is apparent that all businesses in this are having great difficulty finding people to work for them to the point where any breathing body will do.

I seem to have a reoccurring issue getting my medication that I get every month. My sister went to pick up my 2 scripts only 1 was available. She asked if there was maybe anything put back or anything in the system to be filled and was told no. BUT THEY DID PUT A SCRIPT BACK IN MY NAME THAT WEEK that I didnt pick up on purpose and there WAS a seperate script waiting to be filled. The script was supposed to be filled on Wednesday and wasnt filled until Saturday. THIS IS COMMON AND VERY FRUSTRATING. I have also been shorted pills so I now count every single filled script in the parking lot. EVERY MONTH I need this medication ON TIME for my Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome or else I lapse into an episode that can leave me bedridden for a week at a time. They often push back my refills because they dont have it on hand. Youd think after 15 months itd be regularly ordered. Ive had to travel to other CVS over an hour away in order to get my medication ON TIME. I WILL NEVER USE CVS AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE. Asking my doctor this week to change everything to Walgreens.Editing to add that after 13 months of being on the same 2 medications I all of a sudden had to fight for one of them to be filled and had to contact my doctor because the pharmacy felt I shouldnt be taking both medicines at the same time...13 months after having both. THANKFULLY I do my own research and was already aware. Thanks for waiting over a year to try and save me
Will never go here because they allow access to their store to be blocked by lazy Dunkin Donuts customers waiting in line in their cars for the drive thru.
Shop Rite Pharmacy sold my prescription info to CVS without my permission. I needed one filled and after a week of calling (wait times horrendous), I found out it hadnt been filled yet. One of the pharmacists lied to me telling me that the delay was the fault of the manufacturer having production problems. I called the manufacturer and they were NOT having those problems. I cancelled the prescription and am moving to a local pharmacy where you dont have to wait to speak to someone. I cant trust a pharmacy that lies to me about my essential prescriptions.

Brought my 87 year old mother in law here today for her first COVID vaccine. They are a well oiled machine. They processed patients quickly, safely with all COVID distancing elements in place. They are happy and welcoming from the moment you check in. Thank you all for your professionalism and hard work for our community. Nice Work!
Im currently going on 47 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a pharmacist. This happens EVERY time I need to speak to a pharmacist there. Is there noone working on the phones there? Seems insane to not be able to get a hold of them. Also I have to work very hard to get my prescription. Every month there is an issue. Im to the point Im going to drive to the next town over to a different pharmacist. As Im writing this review the hold time has now reached almost an hour.
The drive through is closed most of the time, they are days behind on filling prescriptions and you wait in line for a minimum of 20+ mins. The staff says they are understaffed and stressed. They tell you to complain to corporate. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I asked to use 10 dollar extra care from my silly tag card, cashier told me to put in phone number and still DID NOT use my still valid coupon. Then I get home to the broken seconds that I purchased. Back I go tomorrow 🤬

Awful! I have never had to fight so hard to get my childrens prescriptions filled. The pharmacist refuse to fill a script because the doctor increased the dose before the old script ran out. Terrible customer service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I have yet to meet one helpful person in this store. I only wish i could give zero stars.
Can’t leave Zero so I’ll leave one, this specific CVS is the only one I’ve had problems with, if a script cannot be filled the “capable” pharmacy technicians do not bother to let you know until after you’ve arrived, and even then do not offer any solution other than to wait, I will NOT use this CVS again.
Malik and Leigh are especially good pharmacists and always ready to help. The staff is also very helpful & professional.
