Horrible.doctor sent a prescription 36 hours ago and wasnt ready when I arrived. asked me to step aside and wait, and let me sit there for 25 minutes. wasnt until I raised my voice and asked that the woman decided to help me.one cashier at the pharmacy, line wrapping around the store. pharmacists hanging out doing nothing and talking to each other all the while.go somewhwre else. whoever manages this location should be replaced with the whole staff.
Pharmacy use to be good but now it’s not so good The drive-through is never open because they don’t have enough staff to do the drive-through and then when you go inside there’s a long line they can’t answer the phone because they don’t have enough staff it’s bad honestly I don’t even think it should be open the other CVS’s are way better
CVS pharmacy was fast, friendly and efficient today. I recognized a female pharmacy technician from over approx. 8 years ago working at this location again and it seems they had more staff working today then Ive seen over the past few months. Hopefully this is a trend that continues.
Worst CVS pharmacy there is. 20 to 30 mins at the drive through... When its actually open and then you hope they counted the correct amount of pills Ive been shorted on pills in numerous occasions . Dr called in a script on Thursday, its now Saturday at 6pm and the pharmacy is closed!!
This review is specific to the pharmacy at this location. Historically I’ve always had very easy experience with the pharmacy at the CVS location. In about the past six months it has been nothing but a headache. I have prescriptions that are on auto refill. I’ll go to pick them up when they say that they are filled only to be told each time that I need to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to actually fill the prescription. Currently I’m waiting on a medication-that was submitted hours ago. I suspect I will have the same experience again. Have moved my prescriptions over to Walgreens.
This place is chaos! But if it weren’t for Dan I would lose it! Dan has the best customer service skills and knows how to handle all the issues. Thank you Dan for helping us you are the best! So sorry you have to deal with the bad because it isn’t you’re fault at all but you are the best! Thank you!
Lovely people but not enough staff and wait times especially to talk with a pharmacist can literally take hours (no joke). Hope they can staff up, bc it really is rough for everyone (including them Im sure)
Bad pharmacy. They mess up prescriptions, they never answer phones no matter how many times you call or how long you wait on hold. Managers never answer phones. Dont use CVS. Go elsware as any pharmacy is better.
Do not choose this pharmacy. Extremely slow. Long lines. Hardly ever pickup the phones. And on top of all of that they literally make u wait until u completely run out of medicine before allowing u to refill, which makes things overly and unnecessarily stressful.
Terrible customer service high prices in store. I dont know about the pharmacy as I am not on medication. I will avoid this store and go to Walgreens.
I was left on hold for 37 minutes while trying to call in refills for a patient. I told that to the girl who finally answered the phone. She didnt apologize, just curtly asked for the patients name and date of birth, then asked which meds she needed. When I was done, she hung up on me. Horrible customer service!
I have been trying to give this pharmacy a chance for 5 months now. Every single time there has been some kind of problem. I have spent 5 months feeling anxiety every time I have to fill my perscription because I have to talk to these people. I have only once been offered any kind of help or any kind of explanation from one very nice woman. Whoever you are, thank you, it felt so good compared to being hung up on or treated like a nuisance for asking why Im given no information on my perscription up until the very last minute, and what I can do to fix this months screw up. 5 months of feeling sick to my stomach every time I have to call these people. Finally I can tell myself, its not me, its them. Never coming back here.
This is a 1-star review in terms of whether it meets expectations; but with the large increase in folks seeing physicians now, the number of prescriptions has also surged and this pharmacy is understaffed. No matter whether your med is a new Rx or renewable, expect to make one visit to the store to ask for the med (which will alert them to fill it) and at least 1 more visit to obtain your medication. Dont expect to pick up your medication on the first try, even if your doc sent it in days before.
I only went for prescriptions drive thru but it was good Nice friendly people
Absolutely terrible service and give misleading information. Wasted my time not once but twice in the same day just hours apart. Would not recommend pharmacy here.
I’ve had a really terrible experience with this pharmacy. They seem really disorganized, understaffed, and unwilling to help. This week alone, my family has had two important medications messed up by this pharmacy and it has been extremely hectic trying to work it out. The person behind the counter was very rude and we’ve had to switch to a different pharmacy to even get our medications. Overall, it has been very difficult getting prescriptions in a timely manner for as long as we’ve been working with this pharmacy.
Only do flu shot walk ins Mon - Fri. Not particularly helpful.
The pharmacists at the location are wonderful. Smart, helpful and extremely nice people. I feel that I get very good care here
I’m not sure what’s going on there but there seems to be a complete breakdown between customers and pharmacist about per scription’s they don’t actually get your order together until you arrive
My wife and I got COVID-19 tested here in advance of seeing my parents for Thanksgiving. We both got negative test results within 3 days which emboldened us to make the trip.7 Days later, my wife gets an email saying that her results were erroneous, and that the sample was never even sent to the lab. This rightfully terrified us, so we followed up. What followed was a maddening Kafka-esque journey to the depths of customer service hell. Nobody had answers. Nobody took any responsibility. Nobody seemed to care.Avoid this place like COVID.
Overall I don’t have issues but I’ve been waiting for the Pharmacist to get a hold of a common prescription for my 1 and half year old since the 16th... It is now the 19th and they finally got it in, but, I was told it would be ready within the hour; so I waited an hour and 45 minutes. Waited in line for the over 20 minutes. only to find out it wasn’t ready. So frustrating!
Washington Ave. store “manager” is refusing to follow CVS corporate policy requiring face masks and is endangering both his staff and customers. This store has been reported to CVS Corporate Office and the NYS Governor’s office for investigation of their violation of NYS law.
Transferred my prescriptions easily, obtained great discounts, price is right. Extremely helpful. Text to my phone when pickup ready.
Poor customer service. Rude evening staff at drive thru, waited almost 5 minutes at the drive through window. Then I was greeted without any sort of consumer friendly manner. My insurance coverage had a new number which could have been confirmed by a simple call once rejected as it is a new year. The staff just looked at me and pushed the declination statement at me and told me to call for myself. I returned home, called my insurance carrier who informed me the pharmacy did not even call to get a confirmation request.
Its convenient to get to. Buy one/get one sales make it worth going to, because regular prices there are a bit high.
The pharmacy staff is always so helpful and kind!
Always pleasant people and able to find what I need.
Always friendly and helpful staff, close to home, can find most items needed, and convenient... Prices somewhat high unfortunately but thats most places!!
Doctor here, calling about an important medical emergency regarding a patient. Never answered phone despite multiple attempts. Phone just rang with not so much as an answering machine. Use this pharmacy if you want to die.
Pharmacy staff is helpful and polite.
Had the same experience as previous reviewer. Two days of multiple calls and phone just rings! What is that about?
Just a regular CVS
