Excellent purchase experience. I had Sergio as my salesperson and he was up front with the pricing of the vehicle, very easy to negotiate with on my trade (no lowballing or constantly delaying to talk to a manager etc) and everything him and I agreed to, translated over to the finance room with no surprise extras or fees. This was also one of the few times I’ve financed through the dealership instead of my bank as they had no problem matching my credit unions rates and processing everything same day.

My husband can be aggressive when it comes to car salesmen he always feels like they are trying to swindle him. But him and cory got along great and he was so helpful. 10/10 Cory is THE BEST person at Sullivan Brothers.

Its a little more expensive here, and quite a distance from my house, but you make it super easy to get my van in, and get me back on the road, in a rental so I dont miss much work. I plan on keeping my NV 2500 for at least 500K miles, and it is nice knowing there is a team of mechanics I can rely on to keep my van running smooth. Your service coordinators are pretty terrific too!

‘Nissan Certified’ Murano advertised for sale. I travelled a significant distance to purchase the car. Dealership was nice, sales person (Chuck) was cordial knowledgeable and professional. Then it came time to negotiate the purchase. The Salesman rolled out a piece of paper with a bunch of handwritten numbers detailing the “value“ of the Nissan certification. Then he tells me that “activating“ the certification will add an additional $2600 to the cost of the vehicle! Never mind that the vehicle was already priced above a non-certified equivalent vehicle. I was floored… I’ve seen dealers use the “bait and switch“ tactic to get you in the door, but never have I seen them advertise a specific price and then try to tack on an additional $2600 in “value“. It’s just misleading and dishonest. The owner said that the fine print on the ad indicated that the certification would need to be ‘activated’ but burying this important information in micro type does not excuse the action. He tried to make it right by offering to include it at no charge, but for me the damage had been done. I simply do not trust them any longer and would not buy a car from a place that I did not trust. Recommend you steer clear of this dealership.

This is my 5th purchase from Sullivan brothers 4 from Nissan and 1 from Toyota. Every single time has gone so smoothly and I have felt like they have tried to get me what I needed but without pushing anything on me. Most recently I purchased the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and both Chuck and Paul were more than accommodating. I originally went there for the base model and when I realized it wasn’t going to be what I needed with my car seats they showed me the sv model and when I thought it wasn’t going to be in my price range they were not pushy in trying to sway me in that direction. When I did decide to go with the sv model they didn’t have the color I wanted on their lot, but they went over an above tracking the right color down for me. I was thinking I was going to have to wait for a long time for them to find it but I had it in my driveway the next night. I am so thrilled with my new car and although I really wanted to stick with the base model I realized the captain seats were a better fit for my family and I am so happy with our decision. The new pathfinder has great options and I love it! Thank you Chuck and Paul for getting me into the right car and for working with what I wanted.

I went in for routine car maintenance. They found my right rear seal was leaking . I had it replaced just over a year ago. I asked Tom why it failed after only driving 9000 miles since that service. He immediately called Nissan and advocated on my behalf and Nissan paid for the parts leaving me only responsible for the labor. My almost 11 year old Xterra that I love is now road ready for a camping trip down South.

I visited three Nissan dealerships in my search for a pre-owned Rogue SL, and found the folks at Sullivan Nissan to be the most helpful.First, they had the best inventory of Rogues. Second, our sales associate, Flavio, was very helpful and paitent. Paul OSullivan also agreed to lower the sticker price by $1300 and threw in free oil changes and tire rotations for one year. Ned, the finance officer, helped me with the great 1.99 percent interest rate on used vehicles. Finally, Scott Ames, another finance officer, delivered to my home the vehicles registration. Going above and beyond, Scott also gave me a free box of ResistAll, cleaning products for the car. He also helped me set up a twice-a-month payment plan so that I can pay off the car faster. Finally, Tom, the service manager, showed me the undercarriage of the car by putting the car up on a lift during inspection, which is not normally done. All in all, a great experience with Sullivan Nissan.

TERRIBLE wish i could give 0 stars. Long story short brought car here for a squeaking belt. Asked to check over vehicle. 3 days after getting a detailed report on the car being in good shape, the brakes were metal on metal and the car had to be towed for repair. They assured me the car was safe and didnt need any work . They didnt even pop the hood. STAY AWAY

Told my father lie after lie. My father went in to buy a Nissan frontier and they showed him one that just came in off of lease. The truck had everything he wanted which included a tonneau cover. He told him that hell take it and he didnt even try to negotiate the price. They then told him to come back after they were done cleaning it and getting all the paperwork done because again, it just came off of lease and hasnt been cleaned yet. When he came back to pick up the truck, the tonneau cover was now not on the truck. He asked them what happened to it and they said they removed it because it was ripped on the underside and said they will replace it with another one. After a couple weeks go by, he calls to find out what the situation is with the tonneau cover and then he was being told that the truck didnt come with a tonneau cover because the one that was on the truck belonged to the man who just turned in the truck. Again they advertised it as having a tonneau cover. So after going back and forth with a dealership they finally agree upon the dealership paying 50% of the cost of a new tonneau cover. They told him to go put a tonneau cover on and bring them the bill and theyll pay for 50% of it. So he went and did that and now its been months of him calling the dealership and them either completely ignoring his calls, hanging up on him, or telling him they dont see the invoice they lost it bring them another one. Which he has done multiple times and then again theyll say they lost the invoice. The salesman at this dealership are true used car salesman. Avoid them at all costs. Complete lowlifes, complete liars and the owners arent even the Sullivan Brothers. They just took the name from the five brothers who died in world war II. Way to honor them guys!

I recently purchased a 2020 NIssan Rogue Sport from Sullivan Brothers in Kingston. Cory worked with me to obtain my best deal they could offer. Once I arrived to pick up my car we were able to finish up the paperwork with the dealership and Cory helped me to contact my insurance company to expedite paperwork on their end. We traveled from Cleveland Ohio to buy our Pathfinder from Mike at Sullivan Brothers. They had the model we were looking for when no one near us did. It was worth the trip. They checked on us as were driving there to make sure we were OK. They greeted us upon arrival and had our car ready in perfect shape. Our sales persons Mike Borland and Evan Hogan were 100% professional and did everything to make the transaction as smooth as could be. They arranged for the rental car that we were driving to be picked up so we did not have to deal with returning it. How about that for customer accommodation! Mike even took us on a test drive of our new vehicle and played tour director as he took us to Plymouth Rock! My husband and I just leased a 2019 Rogue from this dealership. We are absolutely in love with the car! Debbie, our salesperson was amazing. We had to bring our 3 children with us, and everyone there went above and beyond to make it as enjoyable as it could be for them. The kids were so excited to get balloons, and snacks. I needed to renew my inspection sticker. I arrived and was greeted with a friendly young man who held the door open for me. I am handicapped and use a walker. The chairs were repositioned in the show room so customers could sit 6 ft. or more apart. (Social Distancing). The atmosphere inside the showroom has a lot of positive energy. My salesperson Flavio was excellent from start to finish. I feel like I paid too much for the car. I should have had a man with me. The salesman, Flavio was very nice. I put down $14000 and I thought I would get a little better car. Don’t get me wrong, I elove the Rogue. I did not like the sales manager Bill. He told me the bank wouldn’t finance under $7500 so I had to pay more for the car. I didn’t believe him. I tried and tried to get price down because it has 38000 on it.I have dealt with Sullivan brothers. I bought 3-4 cars there, but I had my husband with me and got a better deal. I think a woman alone is an easy targetWhen I buy again I will probably go elsewhere

Car was making strange noises. When it was checked out they found my brakes were in dire need of major repair and was not safe to drive. There was no real issues with them, worked fine or so it seemed. Had no idea they were so bad. Very glad I brought it in when I did. All the repair work I have had done at Sullivan Bros was very good and reasonably priced.

I bought a 2017 Frontier here May of 2020 with 37K miles on it. I asked them to check the brakes after a test drive as I felt a shimmy when braking. They did and said they were fine. I then on 9/4/2020 got my tires rotated at 42k miles. Sullivan Tire did their typical check and found the rotors were delaminating so bad that the truck would fail inspection. Sullivan Brothers refused to make this right as I was outside of the 90 day warranty. Follow-up post, the truck failed inspection yesterday(11-5) at Meineke for the front brakes due to rotors delaminating. The rear brakes they let pass.

Very organized, efficient, and courteous. Waiting area has both armchairs (for TV) and desk chairs (for doing the newspaper crossword). Coffee and donuts are a pleasant bonus. Results are clearly explained, advice on next steps if necessary.

If youre looking for a good salesperson who is very knowledgeable about Nissan trucks - specifically the Nissan Frontier - make it a point to ask for Flavio Vidoto at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. I have been looking at the Nissan Frontier for a year now, and with COVID, had to delay my purchase. I ended up at Sullivan Brothers because I really wanted a 2019 model. Flavio spent a lot of time with me and was extremely accommodating and helpful through the whole process. When I was ready to pick up my truck Flavio was waiting for me at the door! He walked me through syncing my phone and any last-minute questions I had.If you have Finance or loan needs, make sure to ask for Scott Ames, Finance Manager. Scott was a wealth of information and walked me through the loan process.Thanks again to the team at Sullivan Brothers Nissan for a great experience!
