While we couldnt wait for repairs, Frank was true to his word and got my truck back to me 100mi away on Sunday morning, Kevin the driver was a true gentleman. A.J. came to my house for AAA. I had a flat tire and thought I had a donut. AAA told me it would be an hour but he was here in 10 minutes. As it turned out I had a real tire on the rim and ready to go. It took 5 minutes and I was back in traveling mode. Thanks for a courteous and great job.

Paramount responded to my AAA call yesterday for a tow as my car died on the side of the highway. The tow guy showed up quickly and was professional, friendly and helpful with suggestions. Recommended.

One of my worst fears is being alone on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, as I am a small 19 year old girl. And thats exactly where I was last night, with a popped tire and stripped lug nuts that wouldnt come out. AAA sent out one of the guys from Paramount and he was there within half an hour. Russell was a friendly guy, and was very punctual. With some small talk and jokes about his daughters and family, I felt at ease standing on the side of a back road in Saugerties with a stranger. great service. good people. i genuinely felt taken care of while driving home. he double checked everything and explained to me how to drive and take care of my car with the donut on. i had low expectations for road side services, but after last night, they have increased tenfold. Amazing job at taking care of people in distress and not just the car.

Wish I could give less stars. Went to the familys home to deliver Chinese food. Being overwhelmed I accidentally went off of their driveway just enough so my tires wouldnt pull me out. I am confident one person pushed the car while the other drove it it would have come right out. After talking with the family I just delivered to and the family of the business, he walked twenty feet from his door and said this isnt free, you got the car stuck right? 125 dollars to get it out .. meanwhile he drove maybe 50 feet from where the tow truck was parked and pulled my car 5 feet to get it unstuck. I informed him my dad would push it out or pull it with his pick up truck and a chain... he said no one else is going to tow on my property. If you use a truck like that it will TEAR up my blacktop. Do you want to redo my driveway? And offered me the horrible deal of 50 for the tow... pushed into a corner I had no other option but to give away all of my tips for the day for a 10 minute 5 foot tow. Horrible service. Terrible people. Just greed

AJ was super-helpful. He let me know that I did not need an expensive repair, and instead explained that I was refilling my transmission fluid incorrectly. I really appreciate their honesty as a garage.

I called AAA to get my car towed, and gave them all the information - including that the car had not run in a few years, it has California plates, and that I needed it towed 9 miles to a mechanic. I later received a call from Paramount.They told me - after I gave the same information that I gave AAA - that the tow would not be covered by AAA, and would instead be a $75 hookup charge + $4.50 per mile. To quote the man on the phone, AAA is for emergency roadside service, not free towing and youre not dealing with AAA when I repeated what AAA had told me.Its possible that my tow slipped through the AAA rep and wasnt covered, but the level of customer service was awful. Based on the cost, and the demeanor of the caller, I suspect they were trying to take advantage of my situation and/or did not want to do the tow. I declined, and called another towing service; their charge for the entire tow was $80 (no mention of a $75 hookup fee).I will actively avoid this business and advise friends/family to do so as well. If theyre willing to gouge customers like this for a tow, I certainly wouldnt trust them with potentially more expensive car repairs.

Towing quick response time professional and courteous driver

Poor business practice - service person came to change my tire and found out it just needed air so I could bring it to the shop. He charged me $48 to fill it up with air which was the same price as changing the tire. I complained about it and he called his boss who said its still $48. I live in Kingston NY and it only takes 7m to get to where I was. Would not recommend this place unless you didnt have a choice

They were quick to get to fixing the car and explained all the repairs thoroughly.

Has them put a fuel pump in my daughters trailblazer. She had just filled the tank about a half hour before the pump died. After I picked up the vehicle there was only a half tank left.

I first started using Paramount garage because they are AAA certified After meeting the guys and having some work done, which I might say was done with my interest in mind everybody was courteous I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in any fashion Ive recommended Paramount garage to many of my friends who always leave happy and satisfied, and like myself are repeat customers

I was skeptical about them because of the reviews but AAA sent them to me to yank me out of a muddy yard and i had no issues. The guy was friendly and he tried to refuse my tip but i insisted. I would use them again if needed.
