What a great store! So weird and funky. Coffee shop in there! Cant go wrong and cant wait to go back!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. This place is seriously so cool. I’ve purchased quite a few things from here over the years. Every time I am up in the Scranton area I have to go here. They also have a coffee shop inside as well. A wide assortment of taxidermy.

This place is awesome!! It has a cozy environment and very nice staff! The coffee is so good as well. I am typically hesitant to try coffee from places because it normally doesn’t taste good but it was so good. My boyfriend and I got the Jack-o-latte and it wasn’t too sweet it was perfect :) may have found my new coffee spot!

This place is awesome! Would love to bring a couple of my sisters there when they come to visit :)

Very cool place. An experience. Polite staff, tasty coffee and a variety of other beverages. On the pricey side but worth it, if you’re looking for a treat.

Really cool place! The items for sale are super cool and interesting. The prices tend to be a little bit high. The coffee bar inside is a nice touch, with great tasting concoctions! Been a few times, and will be back. One big downside is the very small parking lot, but that doesn’t stop me from going.

What a unique experience! As the name suggests, this place has everything strange and unusual. From odd taxidermy to a witchs essentials. Combine that with their Magix brewery its truly amazing! What a find!

Awesome collection of strange and unusual items. If youre into this stuff, I cant think of a better place to go. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Parking can be limited due to the small parking lot, but thats not a negative, just a warning. Going to be coming back in the future!

A delicious addition to the local color, wonderfully unique store as much a museum as anything else...except you can purchase items! Theres nothing like it for hundreds of miles.

Their little coffee cafe Steamy Hollows is great! My son & I got an iced Love Potion & an El Diablo coffee, they were so good!

Holy Sh!t!! If youve never been here, and maybe if you have, your jaw will hit the floor in amazement and wonder at the huge assortment of oddities, taxidermy, occult supplies, and well just everything here. Words cant describe what awaits.Picked up some magic to aid in my travails. Lucky rabbits foot. Cant wait to take the kids to the in-house Potter-themed coffee shop!

First time coming in. I’m not a big coffee drinker but I love Halloween so I wanted to check the place out. The girl at the front making drinks helped me pick a latte out that she thought I would like. All I can say it was amazing! The service was great and the staff was so friendly. I deff will be back :)

Lots of cool and strange things! Amazing that the insects and animals that they have are all real! I even bought a vertebrae ring which is a real vertebrae!!!

On my travels to Wisconsin I looked up to see what oddities I could find along the way and stumbled upon this amazing place. For all you oddity lovers, this is probably the best store I have ever come across, all be it pricey, the pieces they have are amazing! And their display of everything is spot on! I literally was like a little kid in a candy story and wanted to buy it all! My big purchase of the day was a human skull which I absolutely love and cant wait to make a trip there again

We LOVED visiting the Steamy Hallows Cafe inside of new The Strange & Unusual!! Its absolutely beautiful inside and the yummy Harry Potter themed coffee choices were a perfect compliment to the atmosphere 🧙‍♀️🧙‍♂️

I loved it! So much cool random things and the Steamy hollows coffee shop was delicious! I tried the love potion 9 3/4.

Unique to say the least. I saw this place on JP Videos on YouTube and just had to visit. Its 2 hours from my home but we made a day trip out of it. was worth the effort

If your a collector or simply like the strange this be the place for you. Bones, books, oils, masks, candles, art, sage, Crystals, apparel, and more!!. Great coffee and a wonderful staff. A must whenever in the area!

Great place to hang out have coffee and look at the cool and unique gifts and display items. If you dont mind dark & gothic or are ready for something new I highly recommend this place. May be difficult coming inside with a wheelchair but still a gem.

I absolutely loved going here! I personally love to study witchcraft and demonology and mainly stopped there to pick up some books I had viewed on the website, but I bought a lot more than I intended to. A lot of stuff in their store catches the eye, I honestly wish I had the money to buy more! Though their stuff is expensive I do believe its worth it. One cool thing as well is that they have a café there, personally I dont like coffee but the iced coffee I got there in my opinion was amazing and really the only coffee product I could say I actually liked. Overall Im very happy with what I bought and will definitely go there again!

The coffee from Steamy Hallows was great. A little pricey but you get a little bit of entertainment and a great coffee. The store itself has an awesome atmosphere and many interesting items.

I like this place a lot. i wish it was a lot bigger but i think part of the charm is that its not a huge place. interesting stuff, friendly staff, love the taxidermy items. i really like the mural outside.

I had a really great time at this shop and the people were incredibly helpful and friendly. We asked if we could take pictures here to show the unique functions of my wheelchair and this is by far my favorite place that I have ever done a photo shoot. The coffee was really delicious (I got the butter brew - watch out for the gold magic! Your lips will glitter for a while after drinking!!).There was so much to see at the shop and the ladies were really lovely the entire time. I am only in this area once a month but I hope to come back to this shop because its so unique and the people are so welcoming!

Definitely by far the most beautiful coffee shop/Harry Potter wonderland Ive ever seen/expierenced. If I could id be here 7 days a week! The coffee is the absolute best! The service is magical and there is so much more then coffee and teas. Its a must see. An expierence unlike any other. I hope to see this business expand everywhere. The creativity and dedication is evident throughout. There are so many interesting items to see as well as purchase. The prices are great as well. This place truly made me feel like I was on vacation. Simply magical✨😁

Latte art, and magic! The staff were all amazing, and they helped make our experience quite unforgettable. Both the shop and the cafe were beautifully and mystically strange!The love potion 9 and 3/4 was as captivating as its name, and the butterbeer was just as delicious!

The name of the place is accurate. Such an eclectic place, but the real standout of the place is the people working inside. They are the most friendly and positive people, and you can tell everyone truly is passionate about what theyre doing. I would recommend this place every time.

Super cool, spooky store. I used to visit the Philly location all of the time and found great happiness in all of the odd objects inside.

Definitely my favorite coffee shop. Love the Harry Potter inspired aesthetic to the shop. All the employees ate very sweet. Plus its inside of The Strange and Unusual Oddities parlor, so its pretty neat to walk around and see all of the items in the shop!

Interesting place to go if you are into the spookier side of things or the goth side.

Coffee was a bit expensive at 8 dollars for a medium coffee but loved the aura and overall experience of the shoppe

Interesting shop— I love to come check out the crystals and stones they have, plus they have a ton of books about the items they sell. The Steamy Hallows is wonderful too, but the best part is how attentive and helpful the staff is. I’ve always had a good experience here. Thanks for adding something new to NEPA!

The Strange and Unusual is hands down one of the best antique/oddities parlors I’ve ever been in! I am a repeat visitor. The drinks at the Steamy Hallows cafe Inside the parlor really puts the topping on the cake after my 3 hour drive from NYC to PA. The shelves are always stocked with amazing finds, I never walk out empty handed. The staff is beyond friendly, and the owner is a cool cat too :) You’ve got my recommendation!

Great shop. The coffee shop was a surprise but oh so awesome!!! They also sell locally brewed coffee. On top of that, they have so many interesting items. I wasnt sure what to expect but it was much better than that. All of the employees were super great too! We will be back.

Love the atmosphere and the coffee was great! I got the coffee with the cayenne pepper. It was a nice change of pace.
