I used this locations mail box services while relocating from Ohio and waiting to find a permanent location here in Tennessee. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. They all know me by name and always give absolutely amazing customer service. I would recommend this location highly!

Worst shipping experience I have had. UPS damaged a box. Filed a claim. Had proof of damage. They denied the claim and upon inspection of the package caused even more damage. Have gotten zero responses with help. Avoid and go to USPS up the road

Visited this store on September 27th and the service was amazing! Every employee was friendly and helpful. I needed to gather some information about my package before it could be shipped and the employee helping me, was very accommodating and professional! I was a great customer experience!

I was having a rough day today running errands. My last stop was UPS store 4603Mr. Austin was so very helpful. He went above & beyond to help me & it wasnt the easiest task. He made it look so easy, no stress, no worries. He made my day😁 If everyone was as caring, kind, professional & just bottom line did their jobs as Austin, the world would be such a happier place. This is the best UPS store in the area. Dare I say, the world?Seriously, though, I can always trust them with my packages. And did I mention their customer service is top-notch? Because it is. Especially Zanna; this lady is district management material.. I came to the store today while her co-worker was on lunch and she was inundated with customers. Zanna, being as awesome as she is, kept a cheerful attitude and level head, providing great service to E V E R Y O N E there quickly and professionally. You better hang onto her!

Allan was ever so helpful and nice! He was so patient in helpful with all the issues I had through the company I was dealing with. He definitely will be the reason I come to that ups and skip the one on stone drive!

Recently, I needed several fingerprint cards completed, documents notarized and passport photos. Allan was very helpful, professional and patient throughout processes. While there, the store manager was assisting other customers. I noted she was friendly and professional in her interactions. As soon as she was available, she came and offered to help Allan with my requests. Thank you both!

Worst UPS experience ever. The employee by the name of Mathew seemed as if he didnt feel like working and a rush to leave as he was upset while dealing with customers and cussing under his breath while I had asked him a simple question about shipping. I believe this person should be fired and does not deserve a job with their attitudes.

Samantha, Samantha, Samantha. What can I say about her? She is the friendliest, most patient, most helpful person ever. She always gets my packages out as soon as she sees me. I’m sure she has bad days, but you’d never know it. As weird as it sounds, picking up my packages is a bright spot in my day. I don’t hesitate to leave reviews when customer service is bad, so I don’t hesitate to do the same when customer service is exceptional. UPS is lucky to have her. I’m so glad she is at “my” store!So I’ve just become aware that Samantha and Jonathan are both leaving. Jonathan is the reason that I got my PMB at that location! There have been times that I’ve had eight packages to deal with, a return and the rest going to different places. He dealt with my packages and customers in between seamlessly. They are both so effective in customer service. I’m very disappointed about their departure.

If you live in Kingsport I would highly recommend the UPS store in Colonial Heights, far more than the one on Stone Drive with the most hateful guy imaginable!

I strictly use this location over others due to amazing customer service. My packages always ship securely and safely when I go to Zannas store for service.

I paid $46 for 3 day delivery to Texas that didnt happen on time. I called the store and they said it was not their fault but UPSs that they are just a franchise (even though the name of their store is UPS). The employee said they would check into why the delivery was delayed and call me back. That never happened. I did get an automated email which said an exception had occurred. It didnt say what the specific exception was but said an example would be that the person was not at home. I had not specified a signature required for delivery, so I still dont understand the exception. It was delivered a day late and the recipient was not at home, so again that could not have been the exception. Next time Ill save the money and go with USPS.
