If you are in search a lingerie or adult toys, this is the place to go. Wide variety in both clothes and the toy department. Very clean very well lit staff was outstanding.

The selection is pretty good and the staff is friendly. Prices are a little steep but if you dont want to wait to get an order from Amazon this is the place.

The employees there were very friendly and very knowledgeable and helped us with all the questions we had the only complaint that we had was that the lingerie that we bought smelt like cat piss when we brought it home that I think its very unprofessional that they have a cat running loose in the toy department

Absolutely terrible went to door was locked said 5 minutes but when being respectful called and was told you been there a few minutes . In short was always awesome place before but cheaper just 2 minutes down the road and it seems better employees had spent a small fortune there but I guess don’t need the business

We come to this store religiously. When we do come browse, we spend at least a few hundred. The staff is and has always been very helpful and also knowledgeable of the merchandise they sell. They make it easy to want to hurry back.

This place is great, I bought my girl all kinds of stuff from here and she loves everything!!! I love the selection here, & there definitely something for everyone and whatever you may be into the have it ! They also offer CBD items which I thought was cool also. 10/10 would recommend.

Service was great but the place was very stinky as soon as you walk through the door. Im sure it has to do with the 3 cats inside.

Very friendly women working here who are happy to help you pick something out and let you know whats on sale. Of course, you can find products cheaper online, but that doesnt give you the ability to see them in person and get them right away, so I cant count off for that. My only real criticism with the clothing was that I didnt see anything in extra small, and not a whole lot of small items. Plenty of large and extra large clothing items, surprisingly.

I was in the the Kingsport store for over 25 minutes waiting to check out ... we had turned in our items we wanted to purchase and the the lady was still talking battery prices to other couple .... I only wanted to check out ... we ended up leaving with nothing because the last didnt give a damn about the people ready to pay for a large amount of merchandise .... I guess I will just use Amazon ... if you shop here be ready to wait forever to check out or just have a loveless night while you wait for AmazonUpdate .... store does not train employees on how to use digital wallets..... something that has been around since the 90s .... Romantic Escapades here I come

I love this store and this one in Kingsport there is young girl there so helpful. I wished I knew her name cause I would make review all about her. She super helpful with all my questions which I know it’s freaking adult store who cares heck when dealing with these matters you want to know what you buying. But anyways the selection in store could be little better but they have good amount of things I was wanting so can’t complain to much. I recommend it for everyone looking for intimate items to spice you bed room live up....
