While traveling we stopped by your store. Both my husband and I used your restrooms and we would like to compliment you on the cleanliness of both restrooms and the beautiful touch of fresh flowers. A young male employee was washing his hands alongside my husband when he noticed the towel dispenser was empty. He politely asked my husband to wait while he retrieved paper towels for him. He brought regular paper towels so my husband didn’t have to wait for the dispenser to be refilled. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

You must get an Ingles card to actually save money but once u do...they do have good prices. Store is big, organized and clean. There is a nice deli and bakery w fresh food and samples. They have deals and w your card you can earn money off up to 20 gal of ingles gas. Sweet!!! I paid 2.60 a gal in a 2.75 to 2.90 market. I can dig it. Local and vegan friendly items. Fresh produce and sales. Im going back.Oh and I enjoyed ready cut 🐔 chicken. It took off work I didnt want to do and was cheap at that!!

I bought a head if romaine there Tuesday at 2.98 per head. I went to fix a salad today, Thursday, and although it is pristine on the outside, it is black with mold on the inside. For any price I expect freshness. This store does not deliver. Will not return

Always look at your expiration dates at this location. Had several bad experiences with this issue. Also lines are slow and management has a disinterested approach to customer service. I felt like an imposition any time I had to speak with a manager. With all the competition, there are better store to spend your money at

Prices, ok.Shelves showing signs of missing inventory.Produce department is poor. To me produce should be fresh. I shop elsewhere for produce, otherwise its a nice clean store.The in store pharmacy is fantastic !!Both pharmacists are outstanding and knowledgeable. These are two men you can trust with your prescription.

First off, my favorite grocery in the world is Wegmans but they are not in my area. Ingles is the closest thing to Wegmans that we have here. I have used krogers, food City here but none compare regarding selection, quality, service. I am gradually moving over from food City to Ingles, in spite of the fact that ingles does not have as good of a gas points program given that the points expire too quickly. Oh well, gas points is not the reason to choose a grocery store. Got my covid booster there on Friday, really like the pharmacist and will start moving my prescriptions over as well.

Love that they have parking for families with children right up front and the deli is amazing as are their rotisserie chickens & pork loins. staff is always very helpful. prices are sometimes more expensive so just make sure to shop around.

We like the convenience of Ingles, and while not the big chain, they have relatively all we always need.I give the 4 stars due to deli- Each time its a different price for the exact same plates.1 white chicken 1 dark... but more often than not they are charging extra up to $1 for a chicken leg. We added an extra roll ONCE... and even the girl checking us out questioned the price... that being around 57 cents... so, just buy the package for around $3Our last visit to the deli, we encountered at the end of the day... food drying out... these same over charges. I simply said, nevermind. We can go to food city, Kroger and never go through this.It was decided to not charge that extra fee, for what is already standard on a chicken plate.We have no issues with the help here, as they always are nearby and will go out of their way.Just need a few deli tweaks and well be golden!

Clean and lots of great selections. The deli food is fabulous.I would give a 5 except the deli manager, she was a bit rude. :(I would still recommend going there. It was just one person and she shouldnt be the face of the store.

Store is clean and well kept..... But they ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THE SALE ITEMS. The only reason to go are the sale items. Prices on everything else are just too high.

Probably my favorite of all the grocery stores in my area. They offer so much! The deli has Boars Head cold cuts, which we prefer, and a large variety of pre-made salads. They have Chinese and pizza and a big self serve salad bar. I love grinding my own nut butters! Its clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly.

Was amazed at the variety of items available in all departments. Everyone was friendly and masked for safetys sake. Store was so clean and neat and it was easy to find everything we needed.

Went for vaccinations & was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. Registered online and was in and out in less than 30 min. Store was well stocked & be tidy.

Friendly staff. Spacious aisles compared to many stores. Also plenty of cashiers on hand. A traffic light allows easy access in and out of parking lot. Minus a star because of the prices. It pays to watch their specials!

I like shopping at Ingles on occasion. The aisles are good and wide and it makes it easier to go through the store but I have been told that that makes for higher prices. They do have a great selection of everything but they are just a little bit more pricey. On the other hand they have a great deli & bakery. If I am going somewhere that I need something sweet to take this is where I go. They have great cakes and bakery items and all kinds of deli meat. Its a great store, clean, neat and the people are friendly and helpful.

My wife and myself go to church in kingsport and many times after church we will stop at ingles. We got there Sunday morning around 11:30 to pick up a few items. I went to the deli and four or five people were working there. One employee was waiting on a lady in front of me. When she finished the customer left and the employee went to the back part of the deli. Finally someone said they would be with me in a moment. No one else was waiting on food. After a few minutes I decide to leave. My wife likes their chicken and she stopped at that area to get some. The same thing happen. No one cared to help.We went to the checkout and paid for our items lacking what we came in to get. On the way Out. I stopped by the managers area and informed them about the poor service. The guy I talked to didn’t really act that it matters to him or not. It seems the service has dropped off the last few times we have been there.I am a businessman and my employees better treat customers then that.Ingles should get there act together. We can go somewhere else.

I love this place! When you enter they have a Starbucks which is cool. They have items that no other grocery store around have. They have a huge hot bar and a bigger selection of bakery items then any other grocery stores around the area. The prices arent bad either. They have an amazing selection of beers and wines and organic products even homemade soaps from local vendors. The parking is amazing as its never crowded..what more could ya ask for?

Ingles has really improved after the remodel. Better selections and quality of food. Still need to improve soft drink selections. Overall very nice.

Sadly, this is the last place in town to get decent groceries. Food City and Kroger both stopped trying... and due to that, both the meat and produce here are easily 10x better. I literally have to drive completely across town to shop here, but the food quality is worth it.

Was not happy. Slow service at the deli counter. Flys were landing on top of meat and cheese while the lady had it on scale. Customer service was great though, I had a problem and she fixed it, thats why the 2 star rating is justified.

The employees here are the best, always available, always helpful and friendly. Its obvious they are treated with respect by their employer because they mirror that respect to the customer. They will go out of their way to accommodate your request, whether manager, butcher or deli clerk. This company also supports regional farmers from dairy to fruits and vegetables. The Boones Creek store is the cleanest and best maintained grocery store in the area. Definitely my favorite grocery store! !!
