Where do I start, my mother and I have purchased furniture from this location for years as we have always received great service. But today has been a huge disappointment, my mother purchased a sofa and loveseat back in June of 2021 that required special order. She was told it would arrive around the end of July so she agreed to the purchase and paid cash. She was notified 2 weeks ago it would be in this week, then today now she is being told that it will not arrive until at least October or possibly never…. She was given 2 options, wait for the order or be refunded with a 15% restock fee…. How do you charge a restock fee for something you never received or the business had never received. The lady she spoke with was extremely rude and the manager was no help at all. The owner refused to speak with her as he doesn’t talk with customer’s. Just warning everyone who plans to purchase from this company that you may never receive what you order and you will have to pay fees regardless…. I can promise you we will never grace the door step of this company again.

The discounts are really nice, affordable furniture, and a very helpful elderly man helped us purchase our first couch!

We bought a bedroom set and couldnt be happier. Its nice to be able to look around and not be pressured to buy. When we found what we liked someone was there to answer any questions we had. One of our items had to be ordered and we were called in less than 2 weeks to say it had come in. Pick up was fast and simple. Highly recommend.

I am more than impressed with this business.We were on the hunt for a nice sectional and spent the afternoon looking at different store showrooms in the area, it was exhausting. We found a sectional we really liked at one store but it was not at the warehouse, they didnt sell floor displays, and wed have to wait up to 3 weeks for the couch to be delivered. We left that store disappointed but found Factory Direct a few minutes later.Factory Direct had the best selection we had looked at all day. Not only did they have the same sofa we fell in love with at the other store, they also had a 25% off sale going on as well. Also, the warehouse in Johnson City had one in stock ready for pick-up or delivery. Carrah even told us we could have the floor model if we wanted it right then. We opted to pick up the sectional from the warehouse - which the warehouse workers had the sofa sitting outside, covered, ready to load and tie down for us.Ive never been that impressed leaving a furniture store before. We saved money and the customer service at both the store & warehouse was well above what we had experienced anywhere else buying furniture.Thank you Charlie and Carrah for your kindness and we will be referring our friends to your store for sure!

Great service and beautiful furniture at a great price. They have layaway! Gives you time to get ready for the delivery .

I never knew this place existed existed. Definitely give this place a 5 when theres bargains to be found. So glad to know we have a furniture consignment here.

The employees are nice and polite here and they do have a large selection of items. Most of the furniture here seems to be of lower quality. And they do that thing where they mark everything with two prices. They have the original price, then they have the discounted price. I personally see that that as a sales gimmick. If you are looking for higher end funiture I do see this as a place to go. But if you are on a budget and need something that looks nice right now, then they probably have something for you there.

Purchased couch set. Friendly staff. Easy to work with. Their delivery people were nice but questionable. Came in unmarked truck with no identification. Business needs to have them wear tshirt with the name at least and mark the truck.

I was greeted and ask if they could help. They let me run the store and look at everything without bothering me. I bought what I needed.

Bought a couch from them (dowtown loctation) which has closed. Spent the extra $100 to get insurance. When the couch breaks down less than 6 months later they tell me Ill have to call the JC store. Guess who never answers the phone or returns calls...
