Friendly and professional service from sales staff. Were allowed to leisurely shop the hour we were in the store. Assistance was offered but there was no pressure. The salesperson came to us another time offering help. When we made our selection the salesperson was very helpful in our purchase. All this took place within an hour of their closing time.

My saleswoman was super knowledgeable and friendly. Big selection and good prices. Would recommend you to check them out

Ive been here once before this visit but I will say this was a good visit compared to last. An employee confronted me soon after I walked in which was a plus and asked me how they could help. She was very informative, very helpful with our options, and gave me a card if I decided to come back and purchase what I was looking for. The prices are a bit steep but Im assuming with the wood shortage, prices of stuff built with true and real wood are gonna be pricey. Overall, good experience and hope to do business here soon.

Every time you walk in or out, they will hold the door open for you. They always ask what you’re looking for and show you the options. Very helpful and friendly the whole time. I had Ariel Holliday, she was very knowledgeable about the in stock items, and she was honest with me about the timelines for special order products. I was very picky about the style, material, texture, and color, but she was patient with me every time I was there. She even helped me double check my measurements and the individual pieces so I could get the perfect sectional for my house. Will definitely be going back!

Just got couch 4months ago... realize what a terrible mistake. Its just falling apart, the cushion material is wrinkling, the cheap foam is thinning & flattening and the boards are pressing against my legs. Omg... $500. It should have been $100. 😢😖🤬 I will say the staff is very good and courteous Im not blaming the workers, but the CEO company should lower prices on the cheaper made furniture. I wish Id went to Shewels or even trading times. Im sure the $2,000 Dollar priced stuff is better, but for me $500. Is like $2,000.

The ladies at Grands in Princeton, WV, were courteous and professional. The salesman could take a few lessons. Its uncool to verbally make a claim and then do something differently. This is the reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5.

Great staff great service. Timothy Blankenship does a fabulous job managing the Princeton WV store and helps the community via Grands Home Furnishing by organizing classic car cruise ins, motorcycle rallies, bake sales, etc... great folks. I refer everyone to this store. If they dont have it theyll get it and be quick about it.

A terrible experience. The guy trying to sell me what I wanted was very rude. I had a large down payment for what I wanted and they wouldnt deal with me because I told them I wanted to pay it off before 90 days same as cash was up. Will never get my business again and hopefully wont get anyone who reads this either.

Went there to try out mattresses but instead the put us on a bed that tells you what mattress suits you the best and how much the gravity position relieves pressure and the mattress they choose ended up being the only what we could lay on and completely no pressure on my lower back and shoulders.The only down fall was that we couldnt take it home with us but they are delivering it to us and setting it up for free

As always, the staff was courteous and friendly. I was looking for a recliner and we found one to suit me. It was delivered by friendly delivery men and they even came back to check the chair because I couldnt straighten it back up. Nothing wrong with the chair,Im just to short.haha The chair is very comfortable. I will be back for future purchases.

Ash Petersen-Bailey was very helpful and attentive when we were shopping for our furniture. She was able to help us furnish our entire 3 bedroom house and offered assistance with design choices when we were having a hard time making a decision. We have had our furniture for several months now and havent noticed any issues as far as quality.The delivery guys were extremely nice and professional. They were very careful not to damage our walls when moving the furniture up our narrow staircase. Great service all around!

Far from impressed. After multiple calls with finance offerings I arrived with two (2) simple requests. The sales staff was quick to offer soft drinks but that is literally service stops! Waste of a drive! 3500 for a molded plastic table. Not!

Grands is a great place to do home furnishings shopping. Awesome assortment high end furniture at low end prices and hospitable sales personnel.

I get that the staff should help you make a purchase and work on commission, however they are annoying with it. I prefer not to be stared down from the parking lot and be bombarded at the door with sale ads and things like that. Ask me once after Ive been browsing for a moment. The tall skinny dark haired guy was a creep to be honest.

WoW WoW WoW I made the fastest purchase of a queen bed in history from Grand Home Furnishings. A young lady met me at the door offering a bottle of cool water while at the same time wanting to know how she could help me. We zipped down a row of beds and mattresses and I purchased the first set tried out. It had the comfort and price looking for, paper work finished, and I was out the door half-hour. Unbelievable, approximately 17 1/2 hours later the bed had been delivered and set-up in my home from Grand Home Furnishings!!

Bought a couch from the store in Wise Virginia and within seven months the entire frame broke. My daughters boyfriend got stabbed by a piece of wood sticking out. Very poorly made sofa!! I have emailed the company twice and no response. I called the store where I purchased the couch and they said that I bought it as is. Howevet, the lady I talked to said she would speak to her manager. She called me back and said they will send someone out to look at it. I really hope they fix it because the sofa has not been abused in any way.
