I used this company years ago personally and when my client needed a repair I recommended them, big mistake. We called Friday morning and was assured that we would get repaired by the end of the day nobody called us back all day we had to finally call them back at 4:30 and was informed that nobody had come back to the office yet so we were stuck with a broken door all weekend. Fast forward to Monday morning they called back and when I told him we were getting somebody else to fix it they could care Less about their customer service. Do not use this company

Fast service!Rude serviceman. He seemed mad that I needed his help. I don’t know if he is nasty to everyone, or only people that are giving him money.

I contacted this company to fix my elderly parents garage doors. The individual that showed up was a heavyset male in his mid 50s and drove a large black Ford truck. He workmanship was fine but his attitude was terrible and he was extremely rude. Its sad that someone that frequently visits homes would have such poor manners. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone after this interaction. I hope this individual was just having a bad day and this isnt his typical demneor but I wont hold my breath.

Called at 12:45 pm when I found I had a broken garage door spring. They were unloading a tractor trailer truck at the time and said they would call me when they were finished and were coming my way. By 2:30 p.m., they had been here, replaced the spring, and I was back in business. Very nice folks! I would recommend.

This place is terrible i guess. I can’t really rate their work or craftsmanship bc they will never return my phone calls. i’ve called 5 times. i left a message two times with an actual receptionist and 3 times a voicemail. not one time have they returned my call. the one time i went to the establishment to buy parts they charged me 3 times what it cost to buy the same thing at lowe’s or home depot. not good
