They have excellent staff working their pickup and delivery. They are very kind and quick to get your items loaded.

This Walmart marketplace is always well stocked up and have a pretty decent variety to choose from.

Im always amazed at how clean and organized this Walmart is. The shelves are alway stocked with labels turned outwards like the place is new. Great employees - always nice and helpful!

Nice store. Fairly clean. Also fairly new. They were in the early stages of stocking and preparing to close for the day. Employees arent nearly as eager to help as they usually are at the super store. This isnt my first time having a similar experience at this and other of the neighborhood markets. I could see why these market size stores could be a nice alternative to the super store. However the atmosphere is a tad uncomfortable and not entirely friendly. Oh well. Maybe next year.

Store is wonderful and convenient, just sometimes there is some weird cats come waltzing in there, but its all good!

Well stocked, clean and fairly easy to find what you need. Staff is polite and checkout moves quickly at times. Would like to see a few additional check out lines open during the busier times.

I love the neighborhood market. Not that we needed another Walmart, but we did need somewhere everyone feels welcome, and this place hits that, well mostly. Their anti theft measures make the criminals smarter every day apparently. Live and let live, just pay your employees better.

Most the time I enjoy shopping here.. I dont like the fact that you have to check yourself out most of the time as many people that claim they need jobs and we can have more cashiers

The store is always very clean and neatly organized. The staff are always courteous and welcoming. And they have a large selection of groceries that everyone might need. Overall I give this place a good rating. Not excellent but good nonetheless.

I stopped at this walmart today. I forgot my mask, I found an associate and asked for one. He was nice and when to the door to find one. He stated that he couldnt find one. But for me to go to customer service, she would give one to me. When I got there and asked for a mask. She was very rude and told me to go buy one from the pharmacy.

The prices and value of products are very good . .. But inflation of the cost of living is terrible .

We used the option to pick up groceries.Our order was filled complete. No contact from delivery person who loaded the groceries in our car. I will do again.

Although lines can be long during certain times I really love this shopping center. Its really easier to navigate and get through compared to the Walmart super center and often times I find food more fresh. No complaints!

Good for quick stop shopping

Staff very help ful n nice but bathroom needs paper towel thing were my kids have sensory to dry sound it bothers my oldest daughter a lot n the toilets in special needs toliet doesnt need to be on auto flush it scares her some times I ask employees to check in to fixing issue one employetokd me nothing they can do other say at corporate they try to help I seen toliet was fixed not on auto but still no paper towel s one work got her paper towel one day it was sweet no changes after that but most the a staff other wiseAre nice n helpful like that they have vegetation meatless food good selection

Like any neighborhood walmart. Employees are very skeptical when people get close to the door before paying.

I like going to that smaller Walmart cause I know where everything is plus there is not a lot of people in there so it makes shopping easier

This is my absolute favorite grocery store. The store associates are very friendly and always ask if we found everything we needed. They do go above and beyond to keep the store clean which is great during the pandemic.

I was told I was lucky grocery associate had traded shifts. I arrived at 9pm to pickup online order. Called pickup no one answered. Front end Manager acted as if she did not notice the 64 bald man asking her for help. Then got a really fat really ugly Manager who informed me I was lucky she was there because she didnt care about my business or customer relations. That if I were not there at pick-up it should have been cancelled.

Have everything we need and helpful staff.

I dont appreciate only self- checkouts. I prefer a store that has baggers, if Im really shopping. Its fine if you are only picking up a few items.

Customers to employees are so nice, friendly, helpful. I have been treated with nothing less as a family member. A complete stranger asked if I needed a hand putting my groceries in my car, once when I was over tired an employee at the dollar store by the big Walmart, offered to get me chair, unheard in most places. My little town in Arizona use to be just like Kingsport, sadly its not so anymore. I cant really commit to live in Kingsport full time, one thing that is sure, the kindness of all in Kingsport would be the main reason I stay. Thank you to everyone.

Beautifully laid out, clean and tidy. I absolutely love it and will skip going to either of the other WMs in town.

Disappointing... the one thing I needed (chicken) was only a couple of days from the use by date so it was deleted from my order without a substitution. I ask the associate to please check and when the associate checked it was there with a sufficient date now but the associate would not return the item to my order. I will go somewhere else for my grocery online shopping pickup. You lost a weekly customer. Very disappointing!

Its convenient but its just like every walmart. They treat everyone as if they are thieves if theyre not dressed in there finest clothes

Nice store.this is a grocery only location.tgey have a few isles with other things like make up and toiletries.also a small pharmacy that offers drive thru service. Overall nice place for grocery shopping.

Efficient service and store layout decent choice of variety

This store is very convenient for me and my wife because we live on lyyn garden

Its close to the area of the people I visit and it is definitely faster than the super Walmart store. The prices are cheaper than most stores and the aisles are spacious enough for shopping carts. The staff have been a great help if you need anything and cant find it just ask them.

Its a relaxing place to shop. Its not running crazy with people looking for shoes and clothing. When paying out its not card only or cash only lines you just pay and go. Employees are friendly.

All the hundred automated cashiers was card only, which wasnt the issue i needed cash back after starting one register i canceled my item and moved to another started and this hateful old lady yelled out from nearly 50 ft away ITS CARD ONLY i walked over to her and said ok well i got a card but i am needing cash back, she said then go to a normal cashier. I then proceeded to say ok and thanks. I made my way to the money center and purchased my drinks and got my cash back. It was there where i was met with politeness and welcoming presents, the lady did her job and was very nice at same time. I originally started writing this review with one 🌟 but as i got down to the money center it went up to three all because how the lady treated me!

This neighborhood Wal-Mart is on Lynn Garden Dr. In Kingsport. Convenient location. Easy access without dealing with Kingsport traffic

Clean and nice but selection wise I would preferably go for food city. This is more of a small grocery trip kinda place.

This is my go to place. Never get too distracted by all the non grocery items...there are few.

Always a convenient place to get grocery things you need I do wish though they would start getting some clothes at this location.there are a lot of people that have to walk an cant afford a taxi.or too late for Cats city transportaion. .a lot of times I needed clothes. Like a need immediate change of clothes emergency or they had all their clothes stolen..

Experience if you asked anyone with the vest on they will help you find what you need I have been going there since they opened
