My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received at this store. We werent rushed and were shown multiple beds in detail. Looking forward to our bed being delivered after which Ill do a better review.

Im sure its a good mattress. I can afford it, but VERY expensive. When I said I needed to pray about a $7000 decision, I felt that the sales person was demeaning when he remarked, Whats there to pray about? I purchased elsewhere and am sleeping fine on my new $4800 bed.

I did some research and arrived with our niece to try out the beds. After determining that it was something we wanted to pursue I brought the boss (wife) who approved the purchase. We enjoyed the experience. The delivery team and the sales professionals were polite, but they need to get on the same page regarding the little details (for example, they are supposed to move beds/take one bed away). Due to Covid-19 they said they were not taking beds away. Luckily, we found a person in need of our old bed. Also, the delivery men are not allowed to move temperpedic bases. If I were informed of this I could have gotten help from church. Also, buying the mattress covers gives a stain warranty on the mattresses. I wish they would have recommended buying an extra set for frequent laundering.Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.Also, I hope that the beds would have sensors (like their demo bed) to show our pressure points on our bed.

Great place. Cant wait to get our bed. Aries was great. If we need anything else will be seeing Aries again.

This store is as beautiful as it is welcoming, and service is a big part of the picture. We called ahead for a purchase, and the salesman had it bagged and ready for us when we arrived.

Wouldnt recommend without getting in writing delivery date. Went May 23rd and purchased. I wanted 2 twin xl to make a king. Was told couldnt do it and needed a solo king which was $400.00 more. I refused as I had already done all the research. Was told that would be 2 pump units that would not work in the same room. When I pointed out that there was at least 20 in the showroom and they all worked without interference from one another they finally agreed to sell me what I wanted and agreed it was the best option. Then after paying I was told 2 weeks on delivery. I seen online there was a 8 week delivery date. Called the store several times who kept telling me it would change and assured me that would only be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called main customer service who assured me Monday (this was Friday) the delivery date would be moved up. I call repeatedly and am told soon. I was given delivery fee refunded but here it is a month later. No bed. No idea when it will deliver and when I say I want my money back they ironically get cut off. Horrible customer service and do nothing but mislead you.
