I have been to my fair share of car dealers in my life for both purchasing a new car and for maintenance. However, I have never been to a dealership like Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I cant even express in words how exceptional the people are here. From their sales people to their service dept and all the way up to their general manager! Jessica in the service dept, Heather and Nick have made every visit to their dealership one to smile about! No matter what the issue I know I will be taken care of as of I were family. I will never go anywhere else to buy or service a vehicle

Back for an oil change and simple recall service. They always have my truck fixed on time. Clean waiting area also.

Wonderful place with wonderful employees and wonderful service and great prices on vehicles I mean all together the Tri-Cities Nissan and Tri-Cities Chrysler Jeep Dodge the owner of the business apparently cares and hires people that do and maintains them Its nice and its nice to know that theres people out there that actually still give up care about a customer and individual people instead of a simple market value and overturn I would suggest anyone to search here for a vehicle regardless if you wanted to buy one or not just go look to see you may be surprised
