They did not do any work for me, but they were honest enough to tell me I needed to go somewhere else for the specific problem I was having (because of my car maker, not because of their shop). To me, that is 5 star worthy! Thank you for not wasting my time and money! Id give your honesty 10 stars if I could!

Had occasion to use both their road service and shop during our race weekend trip to Bristol. Our Class A motorhome had rear brake problems and we tried RV repair shops and they were booked for a week due to the race. I wad goven the Almen name, talked to Mike, he had a service truck at our campground in Jonesbourgh within an hour. Thier Tech, Austin, diagnosed the problem and set up a time the next morning to replace brake pads and calipers. We eere back to the Campground within three hours. We made the rsce and had a place to sleep. Great job!!
