I took my car here for an oil change because it was on my way home. This was a big mistake. Two days after having my oil changed, my car locked up on the side of the interstate because the oil drain plug that had not been sealed fell out, causing all of the oil to drain out. If this wasnt bad enough, when I let them know about the problem in hopes they would fix it, they actually went to the car on the interstate and tried to cover up the botched oil change by installing a brand new plug and overfilling my car with oil (upon inspection at another shop, they proved this oil was not from the original oil change and was never able to pass through the engine because it was added after the fact).After calling to confront them about what happened, they dragged their feet on a response, promising me they would pay for the repair, only to be followed up by an email late Friday afternoon saying they take no responsibility for the damages.If I could tell you anything from my experience is do NOT let Southern Classic touch your car. If you need your oil changed, pay the extra money it takes to go to a real shop that knows what theyre doing.

These guys are so sweet and very honest. I thought I had an oil leak and turned out they saw my transmission line had been cut and I didnt have a drop of transmission oil in it. They gladly fixed the leak and put 2 quarts of transmission fluid in and I was good to go. They charged me 8 bucks. I love this place. Theyre all very friendly and so so honest.

READ THE EDIT Very very disappointed. My wife has been a customer for about four years, never had an issue and we had excellent service. I went in a month ago with my new Honda Civic to get a full service. I asked for Oil change, fluid top off, tire rotation, and swapping all my filters. My air conditioning is much colder... But thats the only positive from this whole ordeal. None of my fluids were topped off, my steering wheel now shakes and whines while Im turning or going over 40..... Im extremely upset about this because this car ran perfectly until I went to them for servicing. Im heavily debating taking my business elsewhere after my wife spending thousands over the years in oil changes and servicing. EDIT: Got in contact with Justin and brought my car back, he personally fixed my issue and explained in detail exactly what he saw while doing it. The amount of customer service from this man is off the charts and I am completely satisfied with how he handled the situation.

Stopped in here in a hurry needed an oil change, the service advisor asked if I only wanted an oil change. I replied yes just the oil. He replied No problem at all. Would you beleive that they only changed my oil. Let me know that the head light was out on the driver side ( which I knew ) and did not push replacing it at all. Great team that services the customers exactly the way they should. Everyone should be visiting this location. Great people that listen to their customers. Great job guys!!

This place is great if you want 75% of your car cleaned for 100% of the cost! Theyre fast for a reason! They actually put change in my cup holders so that they didnt have to clean them!

My family and I were traveling from PA to NC when our car broke down. Luckily, we were able to pull off of the road and into the parking lot of Southern Classic Express Lube. The gentlemen took our car in right way to assess the situation. They changed the oil filter and discovered the high pressure hose was damaged. They informed us that it was not safe to drive our car. They allowed us to wait in the waiting room and called a tow truck for us. They were so pleasant and understanding. Super helpful. Our car ended up having to be towed to Kingsport Toyota and my husband had to go with the car. While we were only an hour and 45 minutes from home, it was very scary to find out that our car would not be able to be repaired until Tuesday and we were essentially stranded. The closest car rental businesses were closed, but we have family that were able to travel here to pick us up. I want to say thank you to your staff that were working Saturday afternoon. They were very kind to us and compassionate about our situation. We greatly appreciate them!Thank you!Stephanie Bollinger
