I bought a brand new couch 2 months ago. The couch was delivered timely and the guys that delivered it also helped move the old furniture to the curb.That was the good part. I quickly realized that one side of the couch was leaning. It was about a week later when I was cleaning and realized that a leg was missing from the chase lounge. I called Coastal Home Furnishings and let them know that the couch was delivered without a leg. I was told that they would get the part from the manufacturer and once they received it they would come install it for me.Long story short, I have called every couple of days for the last 2 months to follow up on the leg that is missing from my new couch and still havent gotten it. They keep telling me it has been ordered. I was told it was supposed to be on their delivery truck on Monday this week and they would call me. It is Tuesday night and I havent heard from them. So I have a brand new couch that I paid a lot of money for and it is crooked and unusable on one side. This is such bad business and completely unacceptable!

My fiance and I went in here with only a slight idea of what we wanted. Jamie pointed us in the right direction as to which brand was better and more durable and what would last longer in our house of two children and two doggos. They were super helpful and were having one heck of a sale and made sure that we got our moneys worth. We received our sofa today, and Im so happy with the decision we made coming to this local business. We were only able to see photos of the sofa we ordered as they did not have it in the store, but they had a similar sofa in which we were able to sit on and try out, but it worked out for the best! We love our new sofa and will be coming back again when we are in the market for new furniture.

I love my furniture!!! It has been a journey to get here as the items I wanted were on back order. I was very unhappy with the sectional I received after some negotiations they took it back and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect furniture for my place and personality. They have also stood behind the products. My dinning room table had damage to the table top and the ordered me a new one. At the end of the day I am very happy with the service and quality of my pieces.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our dining room set from here. The owners werent pushy at all and helped us pick out out something in our price range that fit our style. They delivered in a timely manner and it was nice knowing who was going to be delivering the furniture. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great selection and helpful employees however, way overpriced furniture. Farmers furniture down the road has similar and exact inventory for literally hundreds less.

We were moving to Saint Marys and I called about getting a bedroom set delivered on our move-indamov, I was told if I ordered now they should have it in time. This was 2 weeks before our move-in day, we bought that day. Fast forward to the day before our move-in and I call just to find out a few things were backordered and wouldnt be there until the following week. They call the next week to set up delivery. Delivery day comes and they bring in the furniture and leave. I realize that we are missing a nightstand. I call leave a voicemail and dont get a call back so I call again. They said that the nightstand was on backorder (we got one that day) and it would be here the following week. Fast forward to the 11th and we just received it today. The pieces are great but the communication just isnt there.

Friendly and helpful. Great prices, and when we had a problem with our new couch, they came out same day we called them to see what was wrong with it.
