I wish I could go lower. Weve had semi decent experiences with them in the past but this last time will be the last time we give them our business. We ordered a coffee table, end tables and a dining room set from them in July. They told us it might be a little into August by the time the dining set got in, ok. The coffee tables and end tables came in, loved them. we continuously would call back and check the status of the dining room set. We were given a number for the person in charge of handling delivery only for him to tell us week to week Uh Im about 70% sure its going to be ready this week. Absolutely horrible communication and unacceptable excuses for customer service. The kicker? We were told it would be delivered this week, only for them to call my fiance back and tell her it wouldnt be happening. It wasnt until we told them we were coming in later for a refund that something magical and glorious happened and behold! It was delivered. Id rather relive my divorce and every bad experience again in my life than buy anything from this store again.

We moved from Missouri to the area a bit over 4 years ago. We found Farmer’s completely by accident. We have purchased 3 bedroom sets, a chair, kitchen table set, our lawn tractor, and our trailer. When Covid hit we were hit hard as we own a trucking company. Crystal, Eleanor, John and staff went above and being to work with us. Crystal is always pleasant and sweet even on days when I’m not having the best day. We can go elsewhere but why should we. Miss Lori has even ordered items for us if we wanted something not in stock. You honestly can’t go wrong. They ARE NOT a rent to own spot so if that’s what you need DO NOT come here. They do offer financing and it’s a great way to boost your credit score. Again, Eleanor, Crystal, Lori, John and crew are the absolute best.

No one bothered to tell me when I bought my bedroom suit that it would be dropped off in boxes, not put together, and all the boxes left for me to dispose of. I will be calling them with two choices.... come put it together and take your trash..... or come get it because I won’t pay for it! I have bought many things from them over the past year and a half and have never been treated this horrible!

Picked up a new Frigidaire washer and dryer set yesterday . I was confused on how to start the washer so I called the store. The guy John offered to come out and show me how to work my washer . He was there in less than 10 mins. That was great customer service!!! I will always recommend them for furniture. I bought ( cash) a living room set and kitchen table about a year ago and the same guy gave me a deal . Sandra was our salesperson and she is a sweetheart ❤️❤️!!! The best furniture store in town!!!

The absolute dumbest group of people I have ever dealt with in my life. Especially the lady who has the Midwest accent. She doesnt know how to make money when the opportunity is in front of her face

Absolutely awful treatment by Chrysthal Daigle who convinced me to pay double the monthly payment and then when covid impacted the workforce, she began harassing me for payment and even included a month in advance for the “inconvenience” of paying a week late ONE TIME. She bragged about how the credit company already knew because she reported it immediately and threatened to take serious action mind you, I had already spoke the someone over her at this point ... never again will I do business here. Sorely disappointed!

Friendly professional sales and finance team. Found everything I wanted on site.

They take too long for deliveries. I ordered furniture in late August. I still have not received my order. I paid up front the entire bill, well over $1000.00 and all I get are excuses why I have not received what I orderedI finally got it today. October 3 2020.

Wonderful sales people and John the owner is amazing. They go above & beyond to help you out to make sure you leave there happy. Give the best customer service, stick by there word, and products, overall great store great staff great owner! Definitely going to be a long time customer.
