My husband and I went to the Verizon store here in Kings Park and they were so incredibly nice there. They took the time to explain a lot of things to me about the phones and found absolutely amazing promotions for new phones!! It was so good that I landed up getting a phone for myself and one for my son saving like $$$$$$$$800.00.And, with no other customers in the store, I felt like a queen with two really nice associates helping me at the same time!!!

My visit today was to get a (port #) or a (transfer pin#) I walked in I really liked the environment nice spacey and clean. My dad passed away and Im trying to take care of his account because he put me as an account manager. The guy asked me what he can help me with I told him that I need a port number and he said we dont do that here. I explained its my dads account and I had called customer service and forgot the pin number and to verify I am who I say I am I was told I could go to any Verizon store and show my Id. The guy said we cant do that, that customer service lied to me. He said I can go to a cooperate store and get the port number there. I didnt question him bc Im not looking for an confrontation. Idk if he was telling me the truth or not. Usually when someone is looking for a transfer pin or a port number theyre going to another carrier therefore losing business I dont know I can only assume that they didnt want to lose the business at that store and sent me to another store. Anyway if thats the case they should not be advertising themselves as an authorized Verizon store if they cant do what other stores can do. The guy was very polite and kind the store looked amazing but I am unsatisfied with my visit only because I didnt get what I needed to get done and I didnt get any help I came in there for.

The owner of the store was amazing to work with! He set up my phone for free (the other Verizon store in Mayfair shopping center wanted to charge $40 for set up) and gave me a great deal on the accessories for my new iPhone 12. He explained every step of the way and ensured that my new phone had all of my contacts, emails, texts and photos and reset my old phone to ensure all of the data was wiped clean. The entire process was smooth and he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Also very honest and does the right thing which I can appreciate.

I drive 40 minutes just to come to this specific Verizon because it’s the only place I feel comfortable at! In the past I’d compare buying a phone to buying a car. The people just want to make a sale they don’t care if you get screwed or not, but not here. Ron is awesome and took care of everything I needed I was in and out in 1 hour (it only took that long because I needed an update otherwise 30 mins!) if you live in the area or really even in Suffolk county I would suggest going to this Verizon. They always take care of you and are honest!

I was purchasing a new phone and switching phone carriers, and Ron was not only helpful throughout the whole process, but he was extremely knowledgeable as well. I have had the most positive experience with Ron in the Kings Park Verizon location. I live in the city but was out visiting and went into the store, I’ve been dealing with him on the phone ever since for a couple of weeks now and he is so patient.
