The service was wonderful. I had to go there twice in one day and each time I have experienced great employees with expertise named Jason and Monty. They should keep up with what they’re doing right now and I hope only the best for them.GOOD JOB GUYS!

Walked in here to get a new line for my mother. The employees were quick to help me out and suggest what was best upon asking about my mother’s cell usage. The staff was amazing and were able to get me in and out with a new phone in less than 20 minutes.

My husband and I stopped at the AT&T store on Indian Head Road in Kings Park, NY to look into replacing our iPhones. We were greeted with a professional and welcoming hello by Omar. While we were there Omar, Jay, and Monte were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The thing that stood out is that all of them worked together so well getting our new iPhones and AT&T Tv equipment ready for us to purchase and at the same time made us feel like we were old friends who will always be welcome there. All three of them handled us and other customers with kindness and answered all our questions as they went over everything we needed to know. They are the Best!!!

Everything about this experience was terrible. First they tried to sell me iPhone colors I didnt want because they wanted to get rid of their stock items and they told me ordering a different color could take months (it showed up in 2 days from Apple). Then they couldnt help me with the backup because their wifi was down. Then they promised an expert would deliver the phone in a specialized vehicle and help me set it up, and even help me backup. None of this was true. Then they told me I had to come back to activate the new phone. Also not true. Even better the 2 minute process took 30 minutes and they erased my old phones without confirming anything was backed up. We lost 5 years of photos including our baby pictures. We are devastated. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldve had better luck calling apple from my home and having them walk me through all the steps. Thanks so much for the help.

My experience with the staff was great. They were really helpful and very patient with me. I had gone there for an inquiry on upgrading my plan and they explained all that i need to know. I ended upgrading after all.

Great location they set up my buieness account with 10 lines and At&t tv in all three rooms of myOffice. Great customer service and amazing response time. Anytime I have any issues I give them a call and they fix the issue remotely. They backed up all my company files onto my hard drive. Best At&t store I have been too. They fixed all the lines the last At&t store charged me for but never delivered. They got me my refund for lines I did not receive.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the store. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was amazing polite and very informative.

My husband went there. We wanted to buy three new phones. Walked in. Looked around like 10 minutes. No one was there. And he left. Weird

NOT A CORPORATE STORE!!! Not even worth 1 star. Awful customer service. Charged for a 3rd line without my consent. After seeing the issue on my bill I went back to the store to have it fixed under the assumption is was an error. The sales reps. spoke down to me, refusing to help me. I had to call ATT directly to have this issue fixed. Find a corporate store for services, this store works on commission so they arent really concerned with what you need but rather what they think you wont notice.

Best in town!!! We got our bill lowered and 2 new iPhones. Staff was friendly and gave us HBO free of charge. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I recieved in this store. I went in to purchase a new i phone for my daughter and walked out with an amazing deal on two more i phones and Direct TV. I have to say the deal seemed to good to be true but I was assured by the manager that the price was correct. He gave me his personal cell phone and told me to text him with any questions or problems. I used it often and he never made me feel bad about it. I ran into one problem and he fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this store.

Very helpful they did the data transfer from my old to new phone took 40 minutes to so I went and got a haircut came back and my phone was ready for me.

Employee was very helpful in replacing my broken phone and was able to lower my bill. Hooked me up on accessories and transferred all of my info to the new phone for no charge. Love this place!
