I went in for medical style gloves and there were several options at very reasonable prices. They were also very easily located. There were two registers open which was plenty enough and both workers wore mask which is always appreciated. The only knock was that mask werent required for the patrons and although I wore mine, there was only one other older gentleman that wore his as well out of the approximately eight others in the store as well. But the cashier was extremely nice.

Todays trip was perfect, no lines, no waiting. Harbor freight always has something on sale. Sometimes its exactly what you want sometimes its just what you need.

Can You believe a tool store without even one Torx bit or Torx driver. We had to hunt down an employee. The store manager on duty (a female) did not even know what it was. She took me to the screwdriver aisle (where I had already been on my own). Then proceeded to look herself and finally showed me Allen wrenches.???Honestly this store in Killeen TX is so worthless.They would do better to advertise it as a self help store and let the customers alone. The customers usually know more about the products than the staff know anyway.

Hands down beast place to shop for fix it yourself, fathers day, hubby and all. I can come here get what I need at a great price and they offer membership!!! They will help you to your car/truck. Very friendly staff.

Harbor Freight has too many GREAT DEALS to list. There is way more than tools here. I saw wheelchairs, walkers, shoe horns, etc...for senior citizens!. I saw pet items. Very knowledgeable, Friendly & helpful staff. Very clean store. There is also a public bathroom.

Its a good sized Harbor Freight but the store is frequently out of the most popular and most used tools. However, Ive never had a problem finding more specialized tools in stock. Its a pretty popular place but if you go after work during the week it usually isnt too bad. I try to avoid Saturday mornings if I can. The major downside is that the staff isnt the friendliest and us usually less than helpful. Its a small trade-off for tools at this price point.

If you like inexpensive tools and equipment..This is the place for you.

I should have known better, took a shot and bought some inexpensive one use tools that I would need only once. Didnt get the job done. Did not last for one darn job.

Great prices & if youre a inside track member you get great $ saving coupons. I buy the extended warranty on items I know I use alot & have returned 3 different tools for different reasons & each times was given a brand new replacement with no questions asked. The chain saw pull start broke 2 days after the warranty expired but the store manager worked her magic & still gave me a brand new one. Great service. So consider buying the extended warranty if you know you will be using the item a lot.

I have purchased thousands of dollars in tools from other Harber freight tools from around the country. At this store they never have the item Im looking for in stock. Im going to have to find a different tool supplier.

Has everything i need for tools at a great price

It was good. They are hiring and have a lack of employees. But clean store and friendly cashier.

Do NOT buy the outlet timer.... six months of seeding and building a sprout room for my garden, which I just completed today to get my plants out.... the timer stopped working after maybe a month. If that... and with work and everything else,I just went to manually plug in my lights and realizesld... the schedule I had is now backwards... thanks alot...

Great location with the cheap prices you expect and good customer service to boot. You should make this your stop before Home Depot or Lowes to scoop up rock bottom prices then follow up with anything you couldnt find at Harbor Freight.

Harbor freight is one of those stores that always have low prices and something is always on sale. Good to know. However, you get what you pay for. So, look carefully at what youre buying and consider just how often youll be using it.There are a lot of good deals, you just have to know what you want and what to expect from it. Good luck

Could not find even 1 employee to help. Had to wait in line for the cashier to tell me where to look for something, of course they couldnt leave to go show me because they were actually the only employ in the store. This was at 4 in the afternoon. Ridiculous. The item was out of stock, had to get in line again, went up and he said theres probably one in back if I could wait. After this amount of time it was cheaper to pay a higher price and go to Lowes and get the item.

Find yourself in need of a tool for one or two jobs? Then this is the place for you! Their tool quality is clearly lower than other vendors, but the price points cant be beat.For the local handyman or national company that needs a quick fix tool, or something to close out a bigger job, this is the place to find it for less than anywhere else. Just dont expect it to last very long with any kind of actual use.

Found pretty much everything I was looking for and some if it had coupons! Great place for cheap tools that you need right now but dont care about 3 years from now. Pretty tough to beat a cordless drill for $16.99. My only complaint is the item numbers are in very small print on the shelf price tags, making it hard to see if the item you are looking at is the right one.

I bought an item online that was supposed to be a surprise for someone for Christmas. I put my email and I also put my address as the billing address and the other persons address as the shipping address. I get the first email that my order is being processed etc. I read that I would get a separate email letting me know when it is shipped. Come to find out the person who the gift was for got the email about it being shipped. I put my email address so I dont get how and why they got the notification sent to their email?! I only put their address because thats where its being shipped to obviously. I did not put their email! I would suggest giving more detail about that separate email. I thought I would be the one getting that separate email seeing as how I put my email address! SURPRISE RUINED!

Good tools for the price

This location is very well organized, fully stocked, and large. Friendly staff. HF is the best value in many consumable and tool categories.... Just be careful when buying some of the power tools. Their tool boxes, and certain hand tools and floor jacks, can go toe to toe with brands that cost 3 to 5 times as much. The absolute best buy is their 2hp dust collector.

Almost always have deals., (They have a deals paper) And most days they are like crazy good deals. I went in to buy my dad a jack to help him hold the motor while he fixes whatever.. (he has one arm so all the extra support is needed), mind you I only EVER come in to help my dad, so Im walking around searching for what I thought was the jack I needed. Ha. I was wrong, but I did get great service. The gentleman helped me find what I needed and helped get it to my car!

I love this place. Great tools, random stuff I might need for the house all at a good quality and affordable price. Usually cheaper than home depot and the only place I consistently use coupons from their circular and online.I also usually grab their free light w/ a coupon which works great as an emergency light. My husband and I like to shop here. Its like a treasure trove. I went with a friend to buy a workbench. It was too heavy to load into our vehicle. The staff assisted us with loading the heavy box into the car. It was my friends first time going to Harbor Freight. She walked out of the store excited when she saw how much she saved. We were able to find a coupon online for additional savings.

Cheap yet effective. HF is where you go to aquire a cheap set of tools to accomplish the task. I bought an entire 3/8 impact set for under $100 that would otherwise cost me thousands for name brand and they still have a lifetime warranty. I outfitted my toolbox with special tools, impacts, and test equipment on the cheap. Its easy and more affordable to keep youre main tools high end and the occasional use tools harbor freight.
