This company sold the windows installed on my duplex that was built by killeen summit builders. August 2015 is when the duplex was finished. My tenants are now having window issues with no absolutely bo damage to the inside or outside of the home. Issue is condensation building up on the windows at an abnormal rate causing water to build up on the wood floors. I called said company and spoke with a Jeromie Foxworth who told me my pictures showed it looked like there was a hole in the window (from a BB gun, How could he see that with all the condensatuon built up on the windows) and continued to tell me we do not do proper maintenance on a window??? Picture showed no caulk, silicone or paint issues. There was mold on the windows that was most likely from the condensation building up and he used that as an excuse to not help us. Take the money and run. Do not trust these people.

Recently my fam and I moved from Austin, Im an arborist. Located nearest stihl dealer,this place came up.First month here I spent over $2000 on stihl equip.Now 25+ yrs buying stihl I know the policies. I wasnt happy with the new pole pruner, so I went in to return it and get a diff one. Had receipt and well within the 60 day policy.Lady I bought it from asked me if I used it,I said yes,otherwise how would I know I didnt like it. She told me I could not return it,not at that store. Asked to speak to the tech,not here,asked for manager, she said I dont see him,she wouldnt even discuss it.Is this how they do business at this store? Uggg,not happy at all and wont ever spend another penny here,uggg

Good lumber yard, found some pretty good deals in here. For example I bought a 100 medium duty water hose for about $24, the same hose in Walmart, at 75, was $20.Theres also a great Stihl shop in the back.

I always enjoy a professional’s Construction supply company. This place has everything a builder needs to get the house framed. They don’t carry much for decorating and I like that.

One of my houses double pane storm window cracked. Called and visited all the windows, doors, and glass shops in town to find out that just the glass costs as much as price of new window and installation from Lowes or Home Depot.I found 195 Lumber Co on Google search, called the number on their website, then visited. One of staff gave me an estimate on the glass, and it was much less than estimates by others. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he also introduced me to Tonys Door and Windows Services who can install it.I cant remember the name of that staff member, but Tony and he got exact replacement glass and installed. Got my cracked window fixed at much less. My first dealing with 195 Lumber Co and Tonys D&W Serv was fantastic.

I went in, and the store provides very little for the residential side. It felt more like an old mom and pop shop we have back home.When I asked where the lumber was housed, the gentleman at the front register was helpful enough to point me in the right direction. He seemed as if he wanted to be helpful, but was just falling short of the courtesy.I went out and looked at the lumber, and nothing was labeled, pricewise. I didnt know how much anything cost, and didt want to go ask how much each individual piece cost, as I wasnt sure what I was looking for, and didnt want to spend a fortune. I dont buy bundled wood. I do small home projects (tables, chests, etc.).The same gentleman did express how they are mostly a commercial sales type of business.All-in-all, I wont go back. I had hoped to find someswhere to find cheaper lumber, and tried this place. I did feel a level of discomfort, while browsing. It was almost as if I didnt belong, because Im not bulding sheds, or houses.

A good alternative to the two big home improvement stores in Killeen. Very friendly and attentive to the customer.
