Nice little lot with some good trucks & friendly staff. Not a ton of inventory here compared to their sister store in Temple but I liked what I saw. It’s right next to Rudy’s & easy access from the highway.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the team at Mac Haik Killeen. More specifically Patrick and Shane. As soon as I talked to Patrick, he made sure that I was happy with the car through the whole process. Even though I was buying a 3 year old car, Patrick seemed to do what he could to make it as new as possible for me. Truly, I’d rate this a 4.5 if possible. I stopped by just to check out a vehicle I spied from the street. Mr. Ernie was the main reason I bought the car, besides loving the vehicle. He was easy-going, a pleasure to talk with, and not at all pushy or forceful like other sales people I’ve dealt with. I would have easily walked away from the car if he’d been pushy, even though it was what I wanted, well-kept, clean, and priced pretty well. I really had an great experience there. David helped me from the beginning until the end to get the car I really wanted instead of trying to push some vehicle on me. He listened to my needs and budget and worked hard to make me happy. I loved that they followed up with me and made the car purchasing experience really easy. The finance manager sat down with me and gave me a detailed review of all my costs. I do believe that they really didnt take an advantage of me as being a woman and that counts for a lot. I will buy again and definitely refer people especially single women who sometimes need to feel save and secure buying a vehicle without being ripped off.

I Was just there not 30 min ago at the location right next to Rudy’s BBQ on 6/26/19 looking at cars for my girlfriend as she had seen one she liked on the website. The gentlemen that was helping us was in the army reserves and a nice guy wearing a wounded warrior shirt, I am a vet myself and love to help other vets help me. When we inquired about it they stated it was at another location but would bring it over. Then they stated that the picture on the website was not the car they were selling as the one they were selling had body damage and then tried to get us to test drive a vehicle almost three times the amount of the one my girlfriend was interested in. Very shady business practices at this place and basically reminds me of all the stories I have heard about used car salesmen over the years but never experienced first hand. Will never go back to them and will be telling everyone I know about their business practices.

Mac Haiks Aaron and Andrew are life savers. I had found out about a month ago that I am expecting a baby her in late September. My boyfriend and I are super excited but the only thing we were concerned about was having a safer vehicle to support my soon to be family. I had a 1998 Dodge Avenger and it is a two door car and not really family friendly. I pulled into the lot and right away everyone was nice and really listened to what I wanted. I just wanted a simple four door car, and after a couple of hours I got more than I ever expected. I basically drove of the lot later that day with affordable payments and my dream family car. I have bought two trucks from this dealership, one in 2012 and one 2 weeks ago, both have been great vehicles! I did have problems with the TPMS on the latest one but Ted (sales manger) took care of it (no hassle at all) at no charge to me. the buying experience was also hassle free, told them how much we wanted to pay and they made it happen and they did in less time than other dealerships in the area.

I came to Mac Haik in Killeen after a terrible experience with another dealership in Lampasas, to say the least I was jaded with all auto salesman. I met Bruce and he changed my entire thinking. Let me be clear I dont have the best credit, but I had been working on it for some time. That did not phase them. They put me a car to be proud of. And gave me the chance to prove myself. Ughhh... where do I start. I got completely ripped off for my car. I must admit I wasnt educated about the buying experience. I basically put $5000 down for a piece of s***. The check engine light was on minutes after I brought it. Talked to the salesman and he said it was something about the car not having a gas cap... none of the new chargers do. Long story short, I had the car over a year (only because no one would take it) and spent thousands of dollars trying to get it fixed. At least, the check engine light off, so I could get it inspected. It never went off. I was told it was a flood car... IM LIVID. Finally, all the way in Cary, NC I was about to trade in my 2013 Dodge Charger which I brought in 2015 for a brand new 2017 Charger!!! No money down. Ill advise anyone to go somewhere other than here or make sure you do your research. Im disgusted at how badly I was ripped off. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox here over Memorial day weekend. We were returning customers, having already purchased a vehicle there in 2014 and had a great experience the first time around. Mac Haik was first on our list when we decided to trade in.I cannot begin to tell you how much I regret that, and how careful you need to be with this business. Ill make a long story short: after locating the vehicle we wanted and negotiating a half decent finance offer, we sat in their office (Aarons office, as I see he is mentioned here several times in other reviews). There were two salesmen in there as well who had helped us in choosing the vehicle. Since the date was 5/30/2016 and our next car payment was due 6/1/016, we asked what would happen. We were assured we would not have another car payment for the trade in vehicle, by all 3 of them simultaneously. I am very thorough about our finances, I asked them specifically Do we need to contact the current finance company to stop the payment? Do we need to do anything for the 6/1 payment at all?. We were assured: No you do not. You are selling us your trade in effective today. You will not have a car payment until July.Two days later, our bank account is severely overdrafted from the car payment. I have contacted Mac Haik multiple times, and the best answer they can provide is We didnt know you have auto pay. Sorry, tough luck. I am in the process of sorting this out with the original finance company but I am severely disappointed in how Mac Haik chose to handle this situation. I understand mistakes happen, but what I look for in a trustworthy business is how they handle those mistakes and repair the relationship with the customer. They have demonstrated no such thing, and have flat out told us they cannot do anything. At the very least they should compensate for the overdraft fee they undeniably cost us, to me even that would show some effort in resolving that with us.You may have a good car buying experience at mac haik, but be warned, if the slightest thing goes wrong they will be quick to point the finger, and shrug their shoulders.

Received ideal threats that they could charge me per mile and per day on the car since deal fell through. Just called today and since the deal fell through they kept my down payment. This dealership is shady and highly advise you stay away! ! !
