I was happy that it was opened on Sundays, and has a very large inventory. I think the prices are reasonable. However, I dont like being watched. I do understand that they may encounter shoplifters at times, but I dont go into a store that I cant afford. Next time I might browse for a hour then not buy anything?I hate being watched. Its rude!How about offering your help at least Sir?

I have been coming here for four years and lately the daughter of the owner has had a horrible attitude!!!Today I was shopping with my toddler and he grabbed a skin oil and dropped it on the floor however it did not break!! As I was checking out the daughter of the owner was checking out other guest behind me allowing them to skip me!When I finally took the initiative to go up to the register to check out she was slamming my items as she was checking me out! I asked her was there a problem and she said yes your son had an item and dropped it. She followed up telling me that she shouldn’t have to “babysit” my child and that a “good parent” will watch their child in a store ! I apologized and told her that I did not see him drop anything however I will pay for all expenses ($4) .She kept being disrespectful and insulting my parenting, We went back-and-forth and had several words until her parents came up to me apologize for the inconvenience and kindly reassured me that there was not an issue especially because they recognize me because I’ve been coming here for FOUR years !!!I will never return here again in as I walked out the door other customers reassured me that the worker was very disrespectful and they saw how she acted towards me and that they also have received bad customer service from her every time they visit !!This is unacceptable and I cannot believe that I had to experience this today over a small misunderstanding which could’ve been handled if there was no disrespect involved !! And at the end of the day nothing was damaged from the beginning WOW !

Super rude, everything for men’s clippers is $20 more expensive than online. When I confronted the owner he rudely shook his hand in my face and said “I don’t know I don’t know either you buy here or go” soldiers and non military don’t come here they’re on some….

I like this store because of the things that you can get here. You can get mask, hair, jewelry, and make-up. The dis-advantage is that there isnt a good length of the hair when you are trying to find it.

Not the usual place I go to, very few sale options, Id say overall limited stock. Staff a far cry from friendly, I asked how much a mask that was on display cost, to which the cashier pointed to a rack behind me that was stocked with masks that I had to sift through and locate a price tag on. Will not be going back to this location.

I would never recommend this beauty supply store to anyone. And especially people of color they are very rude ! The store is not even well organized . We won’t be able to touch the wigs before purchasing along with not being able turn the wig to see the back of the wig . Go spend your money elsewhere with a lot better customer Serivce. Their are tons of other beauty supply store with a wider selection of items and better shopping experiences.

Very Rude towards people of color, wanted to buy $120.00 wig, And they didnt want me to touch it!!! 🤔 Husband is very rude wont talk when you ask him a question!!! Wake up people!! They dont like us and we continue to give them our money!!!🤔🤔We can change that!!! When you see a wig in there, Google it and get it online cheaper.Their Mark up is crazy!!!! If we dont support them they cant survive!!!

I’m new to the area my first time going to Beauty Land was today Sept 13, 2018. Inwont go back just because of the customer service...I walked in the small cramped store looking for hair...Only one lady asked me if I needed help...The other lady was on her laptop...I ask is there more hair? She says on the last isle, being that the store is already small the isle looked like it was only 2 rows when your standing there...But as she’s even talking to me she never even looks up at me, to even acknowledge that I’m a person...I ask again is this the last aisle...Still not taking her eyes away from her screen that’s the middle isle of Your just standing there...I said we’ll excuse me as I’ve never been in here before and the isles are so close together it’s hard to see you have another row...Yes I know we can be in the middle of a thought or something, but once a customer comes in and ask you a question, that’s your priority at that moment...

I had a horribly shocking experience here today. I went in and seen some hair I had not seen in years within moments of walking into the door. I asked a young male who seemed to work there if i could see it. He handed it to me. A lady came and said for me to stay from behind the counter. I said maam I was not behind the counter the guy handed it to me. An older lady came and asked me if she could help me. I asked her about the hair she asked me did if I wanted it or not.I said maam i no longer need it and she walked off. I have been here years ago. I never had this type of experience here. I will order online before I give my hard earned money to any business that lacks customer service.

I always come here for my hairnet because they are decent priced and super durable. They sell quickly so every 3 months I stock up.

Its an average beauty supply store. The owners/workers dont ask if you need help even if they see you desperately looking for something. The prices can be a little higher than places like Sallys or Walmart on some items. They sometimes have hard to find hair products though.

I have gone to this establishment several times and on more than one occasion and have overlooked rudeness displayed by more than one employee. After todays encounter I will not spend another dime there. One of the daughters at the cashier was really rude and dry. When I made an attempt to discuss it with the father he dismissed me playing if off as if he couldnt understand me. I dont mind spending my $ where their is good customer service and cultural competence but todays disrespect was just one time too many @ this establishment.
