My name Is Dewayne Franklin. In am not Angell Williams. I was treated very rude one day when I went into this store because I touched a wig. Didnt realize I was not allowed to touch the wigs. Instead of the manager politely telling me about the store rules, he ran up to me and yelled at me. I told him I realize what I did was wrong but he should not come at me that way. I didnt disrespect him so he should not have disrespected me. Before leaving the store, I politely explained to him how he was losing my business and was sort of searching for answers as to why I was being treated so poorly. The owner/manager replied whatever I dont care if I lose business. I then just left the store. After I left I gave him 1 star on Google review. I decided to go back into the store about a week later and continue doing business with Ebony because I believe in forgiveness and sometimes people just have bad days. When I walked into the store he informed me he did not want me in his store because he found out I gave him a 1 star rating. I explained to him that I gave him 1 star because that was the service I received that day. I offered my apology to him for touching his wig. I told him I was wrong but was unaware it was the rule. I also told him we could apologize to each other and get it right. He told me since I gave him only 1 star he would not help me and I needed to leave his store. So once again I am giving this store and this manager/owner only 1 star. No one deserves to be disrespected. Im sure they will be closed down soon because they hardly get any business and this is why. If you treat people better, you will be more successful. Thank you.

1 dollar for a cap to try on a wig. The max number of wigs you can try on is 3. If you want to try 4 you have to pay another dollar 0_0. Really.... ebony beauty supply ..Ill pass

Went in for my first time and a little nervous after reading some reviews, but I took a look see. There was a man who seemed stand off-ish, but immediately helpful when I told him I need assistance. The hairpieces(wigs) were reasonably affordable (nothing less than $20) average wigs are $30-$50. Lots of hair tools and accessories and jewelry accessories and nail care items and accessories . Its located in downtown Killeen and its a place I would recommend if your shopping for beauty item on a budget, but also looking for quality!

U alwalys shop here... The Duo there are great to me. The prices are good and so is the merchandise! Folks just need to stop trying to get over on the hair business and get in the business. Respect it or check it...

They are very rude! I left my items at the counter and rode down the street to another store. I dont recommend this place at all to anyone. There are too many beauty supply stores around this area with better customer service and same products. They will never get my money. No wonder why their parking lot is always empty. Id rather spend my money somewhere else where my business is appreciated. I dont even want to give this place 1 star.

Their customer svc skills are tragic. They seem as if youre a bother when you enter. He never speak and tries to rush if you have questions. Use to frequent this store on a regular...but I dont like spending my money where I dont feel welcome. Only use it tonite ...out of emergency. They need to do better and treat ppl accordingly.

I wish I had the option to give this place 0 stars. They may have lower prices then some but the Customer Service and Attitudes from the husband and wife owners is atrocious. They should not be allowed to own any business where they interact with people at all. Not surprised that there were NO other patrons to visit when I was there. I will NEVER go to this place again and will absolutely warn anyone who will listen to stay away.

Koreans have monopolized this business and refuse to supply black owned beauty stores. Do the research and see why black owned stores are forced to shut down. Ill never sow into this again. Education is key

I dont like going here..as a matter of fact I stopped going. There they watch you so much so hard! Like your a known convicted theif! !SMH Your uncomfortable You cant really browse around and/or shop. (But thats how it is when you go in those hair supply stores) If you want to just browse go to Wal-Mart or the Dollar Store. A lot of those hair products are cheaper in those places anyway! The hood rats will keep him in business.

They are very trash....i ask for a 10% off becauss i am a barber and they told me i dont come a lot to get it....what do u mean i dont have to go to the same nike store to get the same discount...this store is right next to my shop and i will make sure no one shop there!

If you are looking for wigs then this is your store but they didnt have a lot of crochet hair to choose from
