Had the parts I have been looking for and great service

First rate,work was done very guickly

Centex was working on our Samsung washer, each time they came out (which was a total of 4 or 5 times) they changed out a different part. Turns out each part that was changed out never actually fixed the problem and just made it worse. And each time they had to order a new part we had to wait a week for the part to come in and for them to come back out. Our washer was supposed to have been supposedly fixed today but we get a call last minute only to find out that they cant fix it today because the ordered the wrong part. We have been going without a working washer going on 3-4 weeks now with a family of 5. Very frustrated and unhappy with this company.The workers were always very nice, but did not quite seem like they knew what they were doing.

Called and received appointment the next day for heating unit in dryer to be replaced. The technician arrived on time and in a few minutes he confirmed the issue and had the part on hand. Within the hour our dryer was up and running. We had called around before hand and other companies wanted to charge double or more just to diagnose. Really appreciate this business.

Our dishwasher broke on March 25, 2021 so I called this company and they gave me an appointment for Monday the 29 of March. On the 29 their senior technician, Darnell, did a diagnostic check and said the motherboard was bad. We agreed on the repair price for a new motherboard and the repair and he told he could be back Tuesday the 30th to install the new motherboard. I had an appointment for Tuesday that I had to keep so we agreed on Wednesday the 31 of March in the morning before noon. By noon Wednesday no one had shown up nor did they bother to call me so I called them and some lady said the part had failed to come in so they schedule me for Thursday April 1, between 1-6. On this same day around 4:00PM they called and said they were running late and that they would be in sometime before 8:PM. The technician finally showed up around 8:10PM with the part. He install the new motherboard and the machine didn’t work. The technician didn’t say why it didn’t work just that I would be refunded. I will never use this business again they wasted two of my days waiting for them to repair a dishwasher that apparently is beyond their capability to repair. I don’t recommend this business.

I wouldn’t recommend this business unless you have money to waste, time to waste, and like to be overcharged. Long story short the technician got paid for an undeserved trip charge because he showed up with no tools with the intentions to fix anything. That’s how they are ripping people off with the trip charge. If you can sit at home from 1-5, 1-8 or Wednesday to Monday waiting on someone to fix your appliances then this is the place to call.For all the inconvenience and wasted time I ended up going with another company. The technician came over with tools and properly diagnosed the washer. My washer was fixed the same day, and he charged 70 percent less and without having to replace any parts. No thanks to this company now my washer works great!

They were on time, and the price was very reasonable! He fixed my dryer very quickly! And when I called to schedule to have them fix my parents dryer they were very nice! Got my parents dryer fixed just as quickly. They do an amazing job.

Called same day service was able to identify the issues gave me a plan of action for my appliances. I recommend if your looking for someone who is honest and good quality!!!

Came to our location in Lampasas. Very friendly. Introduced himself and while proceeding to get to work on our dryer he was sharing with me what he was doing. Reminded me of a doctor. I had called because my Samsung dryer stopped heating and so I called this company and they got me someone the next day ! I probably would’ve gotten someone same day if I had called sooner in the day but I am happy and the service was very fast And professional. They let you know the prices prior to doing the service I don’t usually do reviews but I highly recommend this company to do your repairs

My fridge went out on Monday night and I made a service call Tuesday morning and they were able to come out later that afternoon. I needed a defrost heater (hope I describing it correctly). The person who came out (Dante) was able to replace it in less than an hour. They charged a good price (a lot less than a new or used fridge). Now my fridge is running nice, cold and good as new with a year warranty. Also, they person I spoke to when I called initially was very nice. I recommend this place.

Im so thankful for this company I called in the morning & they came to my house in the evening. Very professional was able to explain in details what was wrong with the washer. He was very honest about it, plus I was able to purchase another one from them. They removed my old one plus it came with a warranty. I recommend them to everyone I know. They were the second company I called & Im glad I did..

Highly recommended!! Called them 30 minutes before closing and had an appointment set up for the next morning which was awesome, but they made it even more awesome and called me back and came out within 30 minutes and had it done in 30 minutes! Well worth the call! And prices way better than their local competitor. Thanks guys!!!

I called and was able to receive an appt the SAME day! I got off a little later in the evening and a technician was able to accommodate my schedule. The technician Darnell was very professional and efficient. He fixed my issue in less than 20 min. He thoroughly explained the problem and the piece needed. I am beyond impressed his knowledge and professionalism. I give them my highest recommendation!

A washer I bought was broke, and they came out to fix it...first the guy didnt have the part then the son had to come back and install later...the washer was fixed for a day then breaks again! Doing the same as before the fix I asked for them to fix today or issue me a refund so the lady said they cannot come today even though I stressed it was an emergency so that 165 will be refunded...unprofessional

We called this company on a Sunday afternoon, They said that they were going to come between 1-5 pm on the following Monday. Around 5:30 pm we called the customer service which stated she would try and find out how close the repairman was to arriving. The customer service rep never called back with an ETA, nor did the message get passed to the service technician. At 6 pm, we called the owner, to our astonishment, sarcastically and rudely stated there must have been a mix up, and asked us if we wanted to cancel the appointment which was an hour and a half behind. The only redeeming quality of this company was how courteous and helpful the service technician was (Charles).

Our washer went out on us and flooded our hallway. I gave them a call and they sent someone to repair the machine the following day. Within 30 minutes it was fixed. Great service, fair prices and (knock on wood we dont) but I would absolutely use them again.

I don’t know where to begin. I called this company because my fridge wasn’t cooling. Technician arrived at 7ish. Drayton, the tech guy stayed that he reset the motherboard and the cost was 105. Cost wasn’t a problem. I asked him how he reset the motherboard and his response was he unplugged some wires and plugged them up. I asked him to elaborate on resetting the motherboard. He was here with my handicapped mother and my sis. I drove from Belton to back to my place. After paying Drayton I walked into the house and nothing was on. The compressor nor fans as he stated were blowing as he stated. I called him as soon as he pulled off and I was told by his secretary that If the motherboard failed they would only charge me half price to replace the motherboard because I already paid 105! They hadn’t even made it to the stop sign. So please avoid these folks. This man getting over. I’m disgusted and disappointed in this company as it is black owned.

The first time I had service done, it was an emergency appointment and I only dealt with Darnell, the repairman who came out at 9pm. He was great, and that experience was great. I have since had the same part go bad, so I am forced to go through this company again for warranty reasons. Dealing with the secretary is terrible. Appointments cant be kept, and any correspondence with her is often not returned. Weve been without a fridge for two weeks now trying to get things to work out with them. Ill update the review if things are mended.

I called because I thought there was something wrong with my washer. They sent someone out and turned out nothing was wrong. The guy was here 2 minutes and they still charged me 40.00. I felt ripped off. I understand they still took the time to come out but to charge 40 was a bit ridiculous.

Attempted to charge me $130 for a $7 dollar part. Stole a tool from my house. Left without completely reassembling the dryer.

They wants to charge $95.00 just to put on a $7.00 dryer belt that only takes 10 mins. tops to replace...thats a Damn shame!!!!

They came out in a few hours after I told them a burning smell was emitting from my fridge, I hope to do business with them for a long time. They are friendly and the repair was cheap.
