This was the 2nd place on this city block that refused to let my pregnant wife use the restroom during the tsunami. It made it a bit worse because it was the 2nd place. Apparently if people needed the bathroom (once again pregnant at 11:00 pm during a tsunami evacuation), they were screwed. They said they didn’t have a key to their own business’s restroom. I dont even look particularly stupid... I think no public restrooms wouldve been considerably less offensive. Perhaps they might have responded differently if my wife and I were the same race as them.
