$6 car wash, it’s always the same two hardworking guys. The best part is they thoroughly hand dry your car after. $2 extra for soap and wax. It’s grungy and old school but I actually look forward to driving through once a week.

The place is very trashy, they don’t use soap only water. So don’t even bother to bring your car here, specially if your car is black you will see a lot of stains.

Got supposed to be ethanol free gas for $4.039 per gallon on the afternoon on Wednesday 24, 2019 at the pump #5 at Kihei Gas Kar Wash & Kwik Stop. Next morning my Mini Cooper started shaking and dying on my way to Kahului. Somehow I made to Whole Foods parking lot and text my mechanic. He was not available. I could not start my car for few hours and started calling car rentals nearby. The fees for a rental car was high, and I decided to make one more attempt to start my car. The engine finally roughly started and I was able to slowly drive to my mechanic’s shop in Wailuku. My mechanic examined the car and ran scan tests. His assessment was - contaminated bad gasoline.I lost whole day of work.
