Came here to pick up a phone and Trent was super friendly and helpful even as there were some technical difficulties affecting the area. He was such a great guy and made the whole experience actually fun.A couple days later we came back to add another line and Kelly was an All-Star, also going above and beyond to help us out, super friendly, chill, capable, patient and in general putting out such a good vibe that we look forward to coming back again. Had a WONDERFUL experience, Kelly was great!!!!! Wifes phone had crashed and had been told by another store that there was no way information, pictures and other data could be saved!!!! Kelly was the only associate working when I went in and there were 4 people ahead of me but he was so amazing at making sure everyone left confident about their purchases and with all the information and tools they needed. Only one associate working and plenty of customers. Wait time would have been over an hour. Then price comparison to Verizon online was higher so I did not have a good experience in this establishment. They did have a display I could look at and decide which phone Ill be ordering from Verizon directly.

I accidentally dropped my iPhone at Two Falls and shattered the screen. I needed it for another week not only as my camera but also to check my work email. Luckily Kelly was working and hooked me up with a great deal VZ was running on a new iPhone 12 max pro, took my trade in and everything. Was super helpful with accessories and transferring data. I was outta there and back in vacation mode within 30-40 minutes…easy-peasy.

I just had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store in kehei. My phone crashed and was told by a worker in the corporate store in Kahului that nothing could be done!!! Then I met Kelly at the Verizon store on Kihei. HE WAS WONDERFUL!!! HE was able to transfer all information, 4100 pictures and all information and data onto my new phone! Hes my hero. Thank you bunches!

Following the theft of my smart phone yesterday in a grocery store on Maui Hawaii, I had the good fortune of coming to the Verizon store and sought the help from Kelly Crozier. Not only did he help me to replace the phone to meet my requirements but also he professionally and patiently helped me do the necessary to Deactivate the stolen phone after first arranging to transfer valuable data from the old phone to the new one. Kelly the owner or manager that runs the location named was AWESOME!!!I ran into the into the Go-Verizon in Piilani shoping center considering a new Iphone. Kelly helped me find the right one and told me about some pretty awesome features I didnt know about. I have always been a Galaxy person so this was a big change. They didnt have a white version of the phone in stock so Kelly ordered it for me. In just a few days he gave me a call back as promised and let me know it had arrived. I got a good deal for the trade in and a bundle, with Hulu, Disney, and a bunch of other streaming services for $5 extra a month. Not to bad since I was paying $40 a month for the 4 I subscribe too.Kelly was patient and persistence in transferring my files from my old Samsung S9 to the Apple Iphone 12 Pro. Having those files backed up and transferred over was huge for me due to needing them for clients, etc. I realize now I probably should have spent the 2 hours backing it up at home.That didnt phase the Kelly however. He rolled up his sleeves and got it done for me.Who new getting a new phone could be a 5 Star experience! Mahalo Kelly!Patrick

I frequent this Verizon store for all my phone needs. They immediately acknowledge you when you walk in the door, they are informative, and charismatic. Today I had another great experience thanks to Kelly! I can honestly say they truly go above and beyond to uphold 5 star customer service! Thank you again.

So disappointed in this store. Did not honor rebate on newly purchased phone promised by employee that quit. Kai was great but hes gone. I was promised a follow up call by Kim, Manager but she doesnt return calls or emails.. Corporate office in Vegas doesnt respond either. Was lied to by staff never going back there. Stay away from this store. Next time Ill make the trip to Verizon store after this experience.

I couldnt say anymore than I did just like the young lady over at T-Mobile were both talking about how great Kim is with everybody And the rate of speed that you need especially with my type of phone and my type of is a of equipment..

Upgraded my husbands phone while visiting Kihei in January 2021. The promotion was $540 to trade in his iphone XS MAX and upgrade to the 12 PRO. We never recieved the credit on our bill. I called Verizon and they said I need to contact the store. I contacted the store in Kihei and after speaking with someone for quite some time, and being told we didnt qualify for the promotion we were told we were getting (Regardless if we qualify after the fact, they have a $1000 phone of ours that needs to now be returned) I was told the manager would be in contact with me in 24-48 hours. Its has been almost a month with no call back and no resolve.

I only came here because the Kahului Verizon didn’t have any IPhone 11 Pro Max in stock. So I called Kihei location and they said they had only 2 left. So as me and my wife went there the service was phenomenal! The associate Joe was on point ! Granted they were understaffed but still helped everyone in a timely manner. So I live in Hawaii 6 months out of the year and my husband and I come to this store. I dealt with the short tomboy this last time and am surprised to see Verizon would hire someone with such bad customer service. Not only did I hear her talk to the customer before me very rudely and tell them to get out and go to another store but she told me “ we aren’t a technician location”. Back home, in Connecticut, we have always been able to go in get help with our phones. If you come here, go to someone else. Everyone is generally friendly in there.

I have visited this store 3 times in the past month. Each time the staff went above and beyond for me. The first time I had to buy a replacement phone and the employee took the time to set up my new phone to my preferences and showed me in detail how to operate it. The next time I went in for a screen protector replacement. The employee not only replaced it for free but put it on for me.My last visit I met Josh who was fantastic. I keep getting messages on my phone indicating that my storage is full and my phone is not backed up properly. Josh explained to me that this is just advertisements. He showed me how to check my storage and how to decrease the data used on my phone by closing some un-needed apps. He also showed me that all my data was being properly backed up and I did not need to purchase anything. Thank you Josh for taking the time with an older untechy senior!!

I have been to this location many times in the last year. My last 3 recent visits were to have my screen protector replaced but each time I was told my the manager, Sam, that they were out but had an order coming in on Friday or an order coming in today and that I would need to check back. I checked back twice and on my third visit they wrote down my name & phone number promising to call when the order came in. 3 weeks later, I never received a call. I called explaining all of this and was told there were no Samsung Galaxy S8+ screen protectors in inventory and that I would need to stop by the store to see if the Galaxy 9/9+ would fit. During all of this the program that replaces the screen protectors for free that I purchased 2 years ago has now expired. I ended up buying my own on Amazon. Thanks for the lack of professionalism & no follow thru Sam. Even tho I live in Kihei, Ill be driving to Kahului for all of my future purchases including the Samsung Galaxy 10+ that you were trying to sell me.

Wonderful customer service! We are here on vacation and have only a few more days left on the island. Kailoni helped us and did his very best to get us set up with another phone quickly! They were out of the one that I wanted, so he worked with the regional manager to search the island to find my request. They found one on Oahu and they were having it shipped priority to get here ASAP. That saved us from going around the island to find one ourselves. My little nephew had accidentally dropped mine in the ocean. By some miracle, a little girl had found it and it was turned into the police in perfect working order later that evening. I had a Lifeproof waterproof case on it. My sincere appreciation for your excellent service. Very thankful for all of your help and kindness. Mahalo Kai and Kihei Verizon. ❤️
