I bought a pre-owned car from Cecil Atkission last week. LeeAnn was an amazing sales associate who helped me make a decision that I was very happy with and she made the experience fun. The next day I had a problem with the car and brought it into the service department. After evaluating the problem, Becky, in Service, said that I would need to take it to the dealership because it was still under the dealers warranty. This was not viable for us, so Becky worked very hard with the managers to find a better solution. She really went to bat for us and we appreciate it so much! Atkission repaired the car without any cost to us and they did it by the next day (even though they had to send someone to San Antonio to get the parts)!We were so impressed by this dealership, the professionalism and the friendly, hard-working employees. They really do stand behind their cars! Thank you to everyone who helped us out!

Things got off to a rather rocky start when our salesman was unable to keep our 3 pm appt. as he was working with another potential buyer. Dont know if it was a walk-in or an earlier appointment that went long! However, Steven and the new car sales manager more than made up for the initial problems in the service they provided over the next 3 visits. They were both extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient, as they worked with my wife to find just the right car for her needs. Further, their service after the sale relative to a part issue was handled in much the same manner being both understanding and caring in resolving the problem.

Hands down best buying experience I’ve had. I’ve owned Audi, Lexus, and Mercedes, and this purchase was the smoothest best one by far. Not even close. Andre, Carl and Sebastian were super professional and extremely courteous to my family. We drove in 4 hours from Houston to pick up a new vehicle and they took care of us form A-Z. Had my parents, my wife and son with us. We got there after they closed and they stayed 2 hours after closing time to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. After buying with them them I can’t even imagine going anywhere else. Price, service, professionalism, honesty and courtesy (extremely hard to find in the auto industry); never say never! On our way through town, we were experiencing issues with our car so we thought to try and stop by the dealership to see if we could get somebody to troubleshoot our issues. They were closed, as should be expected on Sunday, but one of the service crew that was still there went out of their way to pull over and try to assist us nonetheless. I didn’t get his name, but while that gentleman took a look at our car, another service rep named Oscar, took us inside and immediately got us a rental so that we can make it home. Turns out we needed a whole new set of tires, so Oscar found us a great deal on them, and saved us some wallet pains! It was overall an excellent experience with wonderful customer service. My only issue was the rental that was given to us was way nicer than the car that was left for maintenance, I didn’t want to bring it back!

This is the friendliest dealership in Texas! My 2006 Camry Solara convertible was wrecked and I was brokenhearted. I looked for another, but was not having much luck. I found a car at Car Guru that was covered by a red satin sheet (because no pictures were available yet). I sent an internet inquiryto Cecil Atkission Motors in Kerrville about the car. I was contacted first thing in the morning. They sent me pictures and it was beautiful; red, looked brand new, and the price was fair. I called Cecil Atkission Motors in Kerrville where the car was and told the salesperson I wanted it, I was serious and was calling my credit union. All the information I needed was on the website, so the credit union took my application over the phone and approved me for the price. I called the dealership back, we finalized the deal, I got insurance and they delivered the car to my home the NEXT morning. Time elapsed from when I saw the sheet-draped car to when I took delivery was less than 48 hours. Now, this is shopping, thanks to Cecil Atkission Motors. No stress, no driving to the dealership, no waiting to see the sales person, the sales manager, the financial liaison...I am so happy.

Had to wait too long to get my oil changed. I had an appointment that I made several days earlier. Had to wait 1/12 hours for service to be completed. If you cannot service my vehicle when I get there, then you shouldnt take an appointment at a specified time. You also went up on your prices approx. 20%.

I havent bought a car in 7 years. I wanted to stay with the Chevy Malibu. I talked to CeciliaWhite and she showed me the 2020 Malibu. She was very knowledgeable about the product.She pointed out the new standard features on the car. She was very pleasant and let me decide if I wanted the car, which I did. I have a 2021 Silverado 1500 truck with 4000 miles since new. It has a recurring CEL from a known issue on the 3.0l Duramax engine. Your techs read the fault code, P1488, and determined what I already knew; GM does not have a fix for this issue at this time, despite this problem existing for 18 months now since this engine was first available. I asked if I could be notified when GM figures out this problem and was told that you had no way to do this and I should just come in every few months to check and see if there is a fix. In the mean time, I have a CEL which could very well mask another, more serious engine problem. This solution is not acceptable to me. It should not be my responsibility to coordinate this repair. Chevrolet knows I have this truck which has a known issue since this is the second service appointment for this problem. Cecil Atkinson knows I have this truck with this known issue. Cecil Atkinson service advisor said she had several other customers trucks with the same problem, yet she was completely uninterested in helping me (us) by way of a simple notification when a repair is possible. You have my contact information, why is this not possible? There should be some process, either thru GM or the dealer to notify me when a fix is available.You also changed my oil and washed my truck, which was done well.

We just purchased a used vehicle from Cecil Atkission in Kerrville TX. Our salesman Ryan went above and beyond to take care of us. They did not have what we wanted at their car lot so he went in search of our unicorn and located it at their dealership in Uvalde. Once they received it he brought the truck to me at my house so I could look at it. He had the purchase paperwork with him so I could sign it and not have to make arrangements to come into the dealership. Once everything was finalized they delivered the truck to me at my house. I spoke with many dealerships looking for a replacement truck and they would not listen to me regarding what I wanted. Ryan listened to me and did not try to up sell me when I just needed a ranch truck. He made this process painless and easy. If you are looking for a vehicle you need to go find Ryan at Cecil and he will take great care of you. I will be going back to him when it is time to get my wife a car. WOW.... so many great reviews..... I was hoping to add another positive review... but alas, that was not my experience. For those of you who had great experience, Im happy for you. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my past, all had a complimentary second key. As you know, luxury vehicles require a specialized key fob, which can be pricey. Had I known at time of purchase this unit would not include the second key fob, that would have been a deal breaker. No harm, no foul for either of us and I would have continued my search. The only key provided to me was defective at issuance. Having paid cash for this vehicle, being assured a second key fob would be obtained for me in a timely manner, I made the plunge to purchase the unit.Week two since purchase and no key fob, no update from dealership. The General Manager at Kerrville was too busy to meet with his buying public. Kevin, the service director, stated they would have my key within 4 days (your card says mark of excellence, but you couldnt produce results). Hondos Finance Mgr. assured me they would follow up immediately. Smiling Bob, my salesman, could produce cutesy cards and e-mails but no key fob. His card states Im here to help.For such a simple request this issue has become an unpleasant buying experience. I have come to terms, no one in this dealership will take ownership of this problem. I will now solve it myself. Please, no apologies or contact required or wanted. I am distancing myself from all future purchases with this dealership.

We were experiencing electrical issues with our Silverado purchased new in December of 2019. We live 1.5 hours from the dealer. A new battery seams to have solved the problems. The wait time was a little over 5 hours, and waiting was our best option. The waiting area is comfortable, the restrooms are clean, and the service people are friendly and helpful.

When the products are similar,the dealer makes the difference. My experience was exactly like every other dealership. I sent a request through cars.com for availability of a vehicle. I did not hear back from the dealer so I called and got connected with Scott kenney (Bdc manager). I made it perfectly clear I didnt want to fill out the credit app if the vehicle had been promised. He assured me the vehicle was on the lot and had not been spoken for. I was willing to drive up to Kerrville from Houston to pickup the vehicle. Once he assured me I had first dibs I filled out the app and never heard back from Scott. The old bait and switch tactic was being used. I get a text the following day from a different salesman that the vehicle had been sold. You may want to evaluate employees on how customers are treated. The employees are the image of the dealership, and if you have people misrepresenting your name you may lose customer. After all best advertising is word of mouth. Highly unsatisfied

So I was running a light haul from west Texas, heading to Houston. Ended up having my CV axle bust on me, passing through Kerrville. We had our Tahoe taken in to the service department as the engine light came on while in Kerrville. They said repairs would be done in a week or two but low and behold, it was done in a few days. Picked up our Tahoe, everything seemed fine. Three days later, the light was back on. We took it to San Angelo Chevy house where we originally bought it and found out that Kerrville never did the work they said they did. Nothing was done what so ever. On top of that, the water pump was busted. Had Kerrville done the work on the oil pump like they said they did, they would have found that the water pump was busted as well. I talked to the service manager in Kerrville who stated he had pictures of the work that was done and would send them over which was never received. We will not take our car back there.

I’m a business woman with 25+ years in Sales, PR, Marketing and Management.This is not my 1st new car.3 years ago my family was hit, blow after blow, after blow, after blow with devastating personal, medical, financial economical tragedies. Since then I’ve experienced nothing but deceit, prejudice and misjudgment instead of honesty, respect, impartiality and understanding while car shopping.Until today. Not only did the salesman, Carl Jordan, with his courteous, upfront, honest understanding of my no time for BS schedule came to me at work. He and his branch manager then made exemplary efforts to accommodate my needs and financial limits.Even after such stellar service, I went with apprehension and mistrust at the end of the day to sign paperwork. What’s the catch? I walked in with a something is not right, defensive and apprehensive attitude.Met with Carl, expecting to see outrageous figures and dollar signs. I respectfully apologize for that. For there was nothing hidden or questionable or outrageously unfair. I did not even question the numbers presented because I knew they were not only on point, yet an amazing deal under the circumstances.To make a long story short. From one business woman to the Cecil Team, it’s not only inspiring but refreshing to see a business put not just the customer, but the individual first.
