Got there at 4:45 pm on a Friday and the sales lady spent 45 minutes with us looking at counter tops for our kitchen. Never felt rushed. Excellent pricing and many samples to choose from. Highly recommend.

Super excited about how our granite turned out via Amanzi. We worked with Christina Bryant in terms of material and coordination, and she was extremely easy to work with and responsive. We received 4 quotes and Amanzi was the lowest in price by far. I would regret not posting something about Juan, the guy who installed everything for us. We have older cabinets thats werent exactly level, and he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was PERFECT, and was even able to cut our backsplash in a way to eliminate a gap we previously had behind our sink. Dude is an artist.

Just updated my 1983 kitchen with fabulous quartz countertops from Amanzi Marble. I worked with Tammy Marsh. who has the patience of a Saint and explained the process from start to finish. I had estimates from 5 different companies for the same quartz pattern/brand and Amanzi had the best price. Installation was efficient and clean!! Excellent job installing as you have to look for the seam!! Many compliments on the countertops look and installation.

I cannot rave enough about our experience with Amanzi. We have a new construction, so I needed lots of help. I went down twice to be sure of what and wanted and Maureen was so patient and kind to us. She answered every question when I emailed her a million times later. She went above and beyond to select gorgeous remnants for our master bath, when I was ready to settle. Kate Sheppard helped me select and get the details correct for my granite countertop. Although it was probably the smallest job shes ever done, I felt as if I was her most important customer. Her great attitude, willingness to listen, and expertise guided me to just the right piece of (really beautiful) granite. Everyone at Amanzi, from the receptionist to the delivery team, was unfailingly polite and professional. But one warning: When you walk into the showroom and see all of those gorgeous samples, youll start drooling and want to remodel everything in your house!

This is the second time we’ve used Amanzi for remnant pieces of granite in smaller projects we were doing ourselves. We’ve been very pleased with the quantity of remnants to choose from as well as the excellent response times. We finalized our order on a Monday, and the remnant pieces were available for us to pick up on Friday! We traveled from two hours away to get granite from Amanzi (even though we have a granite supplier in our town) because of the excellent customer service and their willingness to work with us on small jobs.

I cannot say enough great things about Amanzi, the caliber of their work, customer service, and in particular Christy Bryants responsiveness to our needs. We remodeled our kitchen last year, including the installation of a beautiful farmhouse sink. The sink has a lifetime warranty. I discovered a crack in the sink more than a year after installation, which appeared to be a manufacturers defect. Unfortunately the manufacturers response was less than stellar, and ultimately they determined that the defect was not covered under warranty. Amanzi has proactively ordered a new sink and will install, despite this not being their issue to resolve. We are grateful! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with Amanzi! Tammy helped us and she was perfect. I told her my budget and she kept me in the right range. She easily talked us through all our options. Then, when my cabinets came a day later than they were supposed to, everyone at Amanzi went above and beyond and got my countertops installed earlier than promised so that we could complete the next step in our kitchen project. The granite countertop in our kitchen was previously installed when we bought our house so we are not sure who the original installer was. Last week the undermount sink became detached from the granite and fell into the cabinet below. We called approximately 6 places trying to get someone to reinstall our sink but none wanted to do the work. Yesterday I called Amanzi and they were happy to commit to the job and send someone out the next day. The installer called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was courteous, professional, and performed the task quickly. He explained why the sink fell and during the reinstallation he took measures to prevent it from happening again. I havent received the bill yet but the price was explained and is quite reasonable. We will be having granite counters installed in our bathroom in the future and will definitely contact Amanzi for that job.

Never Again! We visited for a small piece of marble to go under a stove while building our house addition. Person we talked to was a real salesman, that is not a complement. We selected something from their remnants and could not believe how expensive it was for a leftover. We went ahead and purchased it as we were under construction deadlines. I had to call several times to get shipping arranged, something that I was told would be done swiftly, the piece was days late! When it arrived, the border cut on it was wrong. I was stuck and called the salesman, got a tiny discount because they messed up, service was LOUSY! The installers were good.

My first impression was Amanzi was awesome. Great showroom, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Amanzi promised install within 7 to 10 days, that is why we went with this company. I originally wrote a 3 page review, the bottom line is Amanzi told me what I wanted to hear to get the sale. I paid half down because I was told this would guarantee my countertops would be installed the following Thursday. This unfortunately is when the experience turned bad. I had a very tight deadline. the product needed to be installed by the following Sunday. I called Tuesday to get an update on the install. I was told by the salesperson the computer system went down and I was scheduled for the Following Monday, the day after I would be flying to the west coast. I was told She needed to talk to the owner, and she would call me. I never got a call, I called back that day. Was told the same thing. I will call you. NO CALL. I than called the following day, Wednesday I than was told install would be Friday, however quartz countertop has a scratch, company needed to drive 3 hours away to get new product. I will call you with an Update. I checked in with them 4 times that day for an update, always promised a call back. NO CALL BACK. Did I mention I was told 7 to 10 days for install. When I asked about this was later told it is 7 to 10 Business days, If that had been the case I could have gone with another company for less, offering the same product, unfortunately the company had a 6 week window for install. The following day I called, the day I was lead to believe, my countertop would be installed. I was told by the sales person the same person I had been dealing with throughout this process. The Countertops are scheduled to be installed Friday. I will Call this afternoon to confirm never got that Call . I called that afternoon and left a message. Friday morning I called to confirm that my countertops would indeed be installed today. I was told the salesperson was off today, I asked if my countertop will be installed today? Brittany the receptionist said yes we are scheduled for today I will call you when the installers are on the way. She did call me 2 hours later. Brittany was the bright spot in this whole experience. I cannot say enough good things about the installers, awesome. I expected a call from someone to ask about the install and the product, or if we had any questions, I have heard nothing. I did finally get a call back a week later asking when I would pay the balance. I asked when would my phone calls or emails to the management would be returned as I was not very happy with the Customer Service. Got one call and it was dropped, called back 3 times. I have never heard back

Started out a pleasant experience with John but after he left was all downhill. The lady that took over was inattentive. At times rude. We felt like we were an inconvenience Had our order messed up. Some were not marked and they ran out of two of those granite pieces. Told to go to Greensboro and see there. Found another piece at this place so as not to travel further and wanted to see a few of the ones in the stack of 5. Told have to find someone plus they are all the same anyway. Finally after many months of waiting etc. the cabinets were measured. On Kate’s printout she had two pieces of granite reversed and I told her so she changed on print out but not on her computer. Therefore those were installed in wrong places. The edge we picked out for the kitchen was correct but did not allow for the size so too short on one side but was told it’s a custom piece......nightmare. Only thing I can say on the positive is the installers worked hard and do great work. This was a huge and expensive project. Will never use them again.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Amanzi! We had a piece of marble that was passed down in our family and had them custom cut and install it for a double bathroom vanity top. Our sales rep, Kate, was outstanding: prompt, professional, and very accommodating of our needs. They are extremely competitive with their pricing: more than reasonable for such craftsmanship. They worked with our crazy schedule and were always available to us for questions and concerns. The piece turned out beautifully. The install went perfectly. And, now we have a gorgeous focal piece for our newly renovated guest bath. I highly recommend them and will DEFINITELY use them in the future for our kitchen and master bathroom projects. We just had Amanzi do our kitchen counters. They had previously done our bathroom. These guys are great. Mark Speced everything out for us and the installation went as planned. We still have 2 small jobs for them to do for us and we come to expect the same great service

From the beginning I felt that Amanzi valued me as a customer and did everything to make sure that the remolding process went smoothly. Amber, my sales person, was very supportive in helping me find the perfect granite for my kitchen and was always available when I had numerous questions about the project. The gentlemen that measured the counters did a terrific job helping me determine how much granite I would need for my island that I was in the process of rocking, and the installers did a fantastic job making sure that the granite was put in place without disturbing the rocks on my newly rocked island. This is the first project i have done with Amber but my second project with Amanzi. Both projects were a complete success and look awesome. For the price and a one week turn around not sure why or how anyone could choose to go with any one else. I met with her on a Saturday morning with a sketch. They measured Monday and installed the following Monday. A big thanks to her installation crew who corrected an issue with one of the cabinets and finished the installation. The installation crew, Amber and the team at Amanzi Got it going on Thanks again job well done!!!

Actually Zero Stars... Omar, the owner of Amanzi cut a top for our company through our general contractor. The piece was wrong. Omar promised to take care of and did not!! We had to pay another stone company $3,700 and Omar refuses to return calls or emails. Dont ever trust this guy!!!!!

We just had Amanzi install a bathroom counter top and other items in our master bath. Mark Musci and Zack Pettit did a wonderful job in taking care of us. They picked out a great piece of granite and the installation was perfect. They communicated with us throughout the project and although they never worked with our general contractor before, it went seamless to us. Our kitchen is the next big project and you can bet Amanzi Marble and Granite will be our only choice for cabinet tops.

Building a house can be a major nightmare, but the folks at Amanzi were not the source of any headaches! Kate took care of us from the beginning; she was knowledgeable of product, eager to make professional suggestions on such things as edge cuts, quick to return phone calls - even offered design advice on lots more than countertops. When she somehow decided having her baby was more urgent than my counter tops, she turned us over to an equally helpful associate who made sure we were contacted so that we could view the cutting process. Our leathered granite in the kitchen is uniquely gorgeous, as are the remnants we used for three other areas. Amanzis showroom experience eliminated the guess work. I trusted Kate DuRants experienced advice. The measurement and sign-off at my house insured that everything fit as expected. I LOVE my granite kitchen countertops! Amanzi was helpful and professional during the entire process. This was a remodel after a major flood. We chose the Santa Cecilia Classic. The granite is gorgeous and beautifully installed. Perfect fit in every corner and seam. Also purchased the Blanco silgranite undermount sink. Also beautiful and high quality. I get as many compliments on it as I do the granite! Job was done on time and as described. Highly recommend Amanzi.

I have had Amanzi Granite install granite counters in to different house I built. The finishes has come off the counters at both houses that look like water stains.Not happy with the work done.

My experience with Amanzi is really a tale of 2 projects. The first project involved putting a granite countertop in the master bathroom. After shopping around, we went with Amanzi. Their pricing was good, and the installation could be done quickly With the exception of a somewhat sloppy install, everything went smoothly. (There were significant gaps on the side backsplashes. The installers told us to try paintable caulk to fill the gaps, and then paint it to see if it would blend in). We previously used Lowes for the granite in the kitchen. They fixed all gaps and imperfections, instead of telling us to fix it ourselves. The installation quality was a let down. We decided to go with Amanzi again on the second bathroom project (mainly because of the pricing). The 2nd project was a disaster. The installation date was scheduled at the time of purchase. But on the day before the installation, I got a call from Olga telling me they had to reschedule. OK...things happen, right? But then the exact same thing happened again. The day before the install, I got another call from Olga rescheduling. By the way, I had several conversations with Olga, and she did not get my address right once! Twice, I took half days off at work for the install, and ended up burning vacation time because of their communication breakdown. So when installation day finally arrived, I waited for the 30 minute call ahead that Olga was suppose to give me. She never called. My kids called me at work to let me know that the installers were there and had already ripped out the old counter. By the time I got there, the installation was almost complete. Only one problem...they installed the wrong granite countertop! The installers first tried to convince me that they installed everything correctly. It was only when I produced a sample of the granite we purchased did they acknowledge that it was incorrect. They took pictures and called the store to report the error. After they left, I also noticed that they hit my door frame with the granite. There was a chunk of wood missing and I ended up having to pay someone else to fix. After Amanzi realized the error, they seemed genuinely interested in fixing the problem. They promptly rescheduled the fabrication and installation. But sure enough, I later got a call from Olga telling me that they could not guarantee the installation date or time - only that it would likely be on a certain day. I told Olga and my salesperson that I needed a 30 minute call ahead so I could be there to let the installers in. I never received this call ahead either. Instead, the installers showed up unannounced. My children were unexpectedly home and let the installers in. They installed the new countertop, but never called me or even told my children that they were done and leaving. They just left! I notified the store of the situation, but as of this writing I have not heard from them. Oh, by the way, the installers dinged the door frame again on the re-install.So I know this is quite a ramble. The only reason I am not giving Amanzi a 1-star rating is because their product is good. However, the installation process was a nightmare. So if you want a good product, use these guys...just know that it may be very frustrating and you may need to find someone to repair their sloppiness.
