From our first visit to the showroom to installation, everyone at Marble Granite World was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and very helpful. Savannah helped us pick out the new granite countertops, a sink and faucet to update our 1993 kitchen by answering every question we had and giving us tips on the options available (like granite vs marble and the edge profile). The laser measure was perfect and the installers were on time, friendly, skilled and cleaned up all of the debris. They helped us deal with an out-of-level issue they noticed. We waited forever to get new countertops and Marble Granite World came highly recommended by multiple friends and home pros in the area. They did a fantastic job of helping me find a perfect look that also fit the budget. When the slab came in, they asked me to come look at it to make sure it was what I wanted since there were features that were not visible in the quartz sample from the showroom. The installation crew did a professional job of working around the quirks of an old house (uneven walls and floors) and made it seamless. They even cleaned up all dust and stayed after hours to get the job finished before the end of the day. Finally decided to upgrade my kitchen counter tops from Tile to Granite. I started shopping at the local big home improvement stores. How do you choose where you will buy your granite counter tops? There are many companies selling and installing granite in the triad area including the big box stores. At the big box stores you are lucky if you find anyone who knows even the basics about granite tops. You dont get better pricing and you certainly dont get good customer service so why shop there? After visiting several granite dealers in the triad area and being treated indifferently by all we luckily stumbled upon Marble and Granite World in Kernersville. Nadine was very helpful with guiding us thru the initial process and was very prompt and courteous until the job was finished. The technicians from measuring and template prep to the install crew couldnt have been any more professional! The final product is beautiful! Glad we decided to do business with these guys instead of a big box store. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

I had my Granite countertops installed today! Can i just say they are beautiful!!!! I keep walking past the kitchen to look at them. The whole process was a breeze. Nadine is the nicest. I even got a call about special they were offering after i visited to check out some options. My installation process was great! The guys came on time, they removed everything installed the new countertops which seemed like in no time. They were very professional. They came at 8:30am and were gone by 2! We started looking at marbles/granite back in the spring and we clearly werent ready. We had purchased a home that needed a lot of work. The granite counter tops were going to have to wait. This was the first time my wife and I bought granite and the team at Marble & Granite world (Anise and Nadine) were immensely helpful and first class. From accommodating every visit to look at samples, to working with us on our unique kitchen design and working late to get installed, it felt like they took the extra step in ensure we were happy with what we bought. Additionally, we got quotes from several companies around the triad and none competed with Marble Granite World. Well be remodeling our bathroom in the future and luckily wont need to shop around for granite.

Marble Granite World did a fantastic job taking out our old countertops and backsplash and replacing with beautiful granite and subway tile. They were efficient and polite through the entire process.
