While there are several very good individuals at this pharmacy, as a group their overall service is lousy.There is a problem with nearly every prescription refill; SNAFUs with insurance coverage, out-of-stock delays, prescription filled at another location, etc. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time, even after receiving a text message stating ready for pickup.Im stuck with Walmart because my insurance specifies them for best Rx coverage. Very disappointing pharmacy to deal with.

Pitiful service and rude, one walmart pharmacy says it was filled at the others to be told it was put a hold, then told it was filled at the other pharmacy. Been a week long battle. Unacceptable service.

The pharmacy staff is amazing well most all of them. Very helpful, friendly and as big as they are, many remember your name. I love them!

I don’t think we’ve ever had a prescription filled within an hour or two and almost never when they say it will be ready. You can stop by and they’ll say 20 minutes and then come back in 30 and “oops it’s another 15”. They almost never have enough folks checking people out so the line is 2-3 deep at any given time. Plus no drive through so you have to come in the store. Save yourself some time and frustration and spend the extra couple bucks at another pharmacy.

Bad service! I wish I had specific names. If you call, 8 out of 10 times the phone is picked up and slammed back down!! How about that for a sign?! Also one of the very few Walmarts that find every excuse to turn down prescription discount cards!!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Today was the second time I was turned away because of their lunch time, even though I was there 20+ minutes before lunch.

They are always very friendly. Happy to help and informative.

Good pharmacy but yes, they are slow. However, comparatively speaking they are no slower than any other pharmacy in town.
