They were willing to try and look for exactly the vehicle we wanted, but we were in an immediate need and could not wait. Even after spending time with us trying to meet our needs the salesman did not get frustrated. He understood that he did not have what we wanted, but that did not change his composure. They were professional with us from the greeting until we parted ways. Even though we did not purchase a car here we feel they definitely deserve a 5 star rating. I bought A car from this place and if looks could be deceiving. The salesman seem so nice when purchasing. After having my car a little over 2 weeks i have ran into a issue and having to pay more money to fix. After calling them and explaining the issue the manager was very rude and not understanding and laughed at me when I was trying to explain the issue even when I offered to show invoice of the repairs that need to be done. He think he knows it all and apparently the Makers of GMC service doesnt know nothing. If I Knew this how I would be treated I would have never done business with these people. My husband & i went car shopping on 3/19/21. Paul was our salesman. He is very understanding, pleasant & nice. We got financed for a 2016 Kia Rio. After having the car 8 days check engine light came on. Took it back & we were told 2 sensors were just installed. They erased the light & said if it came back on again bring it back in. Well on 3/30/21 light came back on. Mike the manager said bring the car back in on 4/1/21 & leave it & have his mechanic check it out. Being Good Friday we didnt hear back from Mike. We called Mike 4/3/21 & said due to the holiday they were closed. On Monday 4/5/21 we got a call from Mike saying our car was ready & the catalytic converter was bad & Mike had the catalytic converter put on at no charge. If anyone needs a good used car go to Super Direct Cars cause they are very honest & caring people to buy a good used car from. I highly highly recommend this place. My husband & i both are very satisfied & pleased with our 2016 Kia Rio. We have recommended our family & friends. Very great place & the employees are very nice.

MY BIG PROBLEM CAME LATER! Never having a backup camera, I didn’t realize it wasn’t working. I backed into a low brick wall, and never saw it. That could’ve been a child! I was told by dealerships that this is STANDARD SAFETY EQUIPMENT. They knew it was not working and sold it to me anyway! The expense of fixing it has been disappointing. I tried to call Super Cars, but got no response. My trust level here has changed. Some response would help this review!! Please contact me, as I feel this could be resolved! **Update: I was able to contact someone at the dealership concerning the backup camera. He told me that was not a “required” checklist item they fixed before a vehicle was sold. He said he could not help me with the repair bill on my backup camera.

Ive been meaning to post a review about Super Cars Direct when I bought my 2017 Chevy Cruze from them in April. It had a few things that were cosmetic that can be done but its so minor I still havent addressed it, its looks great and runs great (I get compliments all the time)! These guys were so nice and worked very hard to make sure I was happy and walked out with a great car, since my previous car was an unexpected total loss. When Im ready to buy another car I will definitely check Super Cars out first, in the mean time Im going to enjoy my 2017 Chevy Cruze as long as I can.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. They did not give us any information on the work they were trying to do and after trying a cheap fix to our problem (they tried to sell us a part for a different model) they made it worse.

I purchased a car from them in March. Gave them 2300 dollars down. Didn’t even get to choose a car that I wanted. Found out in my paperwork I didn’t even receive a warranty. I feel like they tried to get one over on me because I’m a young black man purchasing my first car. Ever since I bought the car I have spent over 800 dollars in repairs. Now my engine has been down since December. Now I’m stuck paying for a car I can’t even drive because repairs are very expensive. You can not trust these guys at this car lot. Spent over a month looking for a car before finding super cars direct... Wish I would have found them sooner and saved the headaches. Bought a Fusion hybrid in the exact specs that I was looking for. Dealt with Mike who was very friendly helpful. Spoke to him before coming to test drive the car and ask if the price was negotiable, I was told im not going to loose a sale over a few hundred dollars. He was not the typical salesman who says this is what I got in the car and this is the best I can do. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not want or need. The Car salesman will say anything to get you to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a car from them and three days later I have had two major problems with the car. 1st it was slug in the antifreeze and the my break caliber locks up while driving. I try to reach out to the sales representative and he doesn’t return my calls so I call from the parking lot and he still has someone say he is not here. This has been one of the worst car buying experience I have ever had. However the owner did pay for the part that i needed and offered to have it fixed. the defective brake caliber cause my rotors to warp and have heat spots, my brake line collapsed and also melted my hose to the tire sensor. I use the car for work and i work Monday- Friday so i do not have time to put it in the shop. i had it looked at about the antifreeze 1st and it was drained and cleaned out but wile the truck was in the shop the car they had me driving had major oil leaks while i was leaving the shop the car started smoking very bad from under the hood i called and told them what was going on and they said the car had just been serviced so took the car to jiffy lube just to find out what was going on and the tech said it was leaking from the transmission seal. i told he once i returned the car and somehow two days later the car is on the showroom floor to be sold. Fuel pump has now went out not even a month off the lot. Which was 253 just for the part that I bought.

These people claim they can help people with all credit types. Thats a lie. And they are doing things that cant be legal. They also help illegal aliens with no license get cars.Also these cars leak. Im no car expert but if you see this much oil under a car, run, run fast.They say you lay with dogs you get fleas, also you get what you pay for. While some of these prices look good, its not.Eric told me he had a bad experience here and I had to see it for myself.

My name is Elisha Murphy. I purchased a 2014 spark from super cars direct on October 22nd, 2019. Before the permanent tag arrived I was already having transmission problems... it needs to be replaced, but having just purchased the car, I currently do not have the funds to replace it. Now the battery needs to be replaced as well, and with the cost of combined repairs being nearly the value of the car, Im afraid I may just have to park it. Ive had it LESS THAN TWO MONTHS. Please, if you value your money, avoid these shady salesmen disguised as honest Christian folk. I wish I had.

As their name implies, they are very direct and straight to the point. I saw a vehicle I was interested in and they qualified me for it immediately. There were no delays or shoddy games. The paperwork was provided and their word was their bond. Very happy to do business with straight shooters.

I bought a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 with low mileage. I was dealing with Joey and the owner direct. At the time of purchase, there was a problem with the vehicle. This problem was quickly resolved by Joey and the owner. They were awesome on how they help me through the processes. It was worth the 5 1/2 hr drive from Savannah, GA.

My nephew bought a car here 2 months ago. 800 miles later the motor is knocking. I know its a used car, but these people said they inspected it. And its low miles like they said.I called and got an adam on the phone, then a Brian I believe his name was.They give you the spiel its a used car as is etc.Ill keep this review updated if they make it right, but from the reviews I see here I dont think they ever will. This is probably the worst place I’ve ever bought a car from. Sold me a lemon, literally drove the car off the lot and they check engine light came on. when we called them to tell them they kept saying they were gonna help and that they was gonna get someone to check it out and that never happened. Now the car needs 5000 dollars worth of work and it was missing a lug nut on every tire which is strange. Don’t waste your time here they’re crooks and refused to help now that we told them the damage. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would of. Adam was real nice but still I would never send anyone that was because that was a shady thing to do to a family.

I had previously gave this car lot 5 stars bc they did absolutely do everything they could to get me into a car. They even delivered it to me. It has been a year this month since Ive bought it and in that time I have had to have thousands of work done to it. This is after they told me that a mechanic did a 30 point inspection and it passed. A month afterwards I had to have a new ac compressor, ( evidently the mechanic couldnt feel the warm air coming out), 3 months ago I was finally able to afford to get the oil leak it had since day one. It ended up being a bad catalytic converter which in turn screwed up my spark plugs, that was $1,000 to fix the warranty didnt cover. Now its back in the shop bc the struts, wheel bearings, and a whole mess of other things are wrong with it. This bill is coming up to over $3,000 and the warranty is going to cover $1,300 so its up to me to come up with the rest. All Im saying is they either need to find another mechanic that knows what he is doing, and you need to take a vehicle you might be considering to go over it with a fine tooth comb!!
